Luxury hotel close to everything you need. Hotel rooms are spacious, well-appointed and quiet. The pools and gym are also of a high standard. Staff were friendly yet professional and helpful at all times. Will stay again.

My family and I stayed at this hotel during our last visit to the Philippines, totaling 10 days—five at the beginning and five at the end of our trip. The location is fantastic, with restaurants and bars within walking distance. The rooftop pool is amazing, and the food is excellent.
However, what truly made us return after our tours in the Philippines was the exceptional staff. From the front desk to the bellman, to the housekeeping staff, everyone was outstanding. Their hospitality was unparalleled. I highly recommend this hotel, and when I return to the Philippines, this will be my go-to place in Quezon City.

Everything was fine but the water heater wasn’t working. Had to shower in the cold for 5 nights.. front desk was informed but no one came and fix it.

Our air-conditioning vent was having a loud sound all night till early morning that i had to call front desk for engineering assistance at 5am in the morning cuz the loud sound coming from the vent was intolerable reques

Room with mold in the bathroom especially around the shower ! Reception staff needs to trained and develop the sense of urgency! Took 20 minutes for the check out! Polite people but need to be trained! Room service : most of the food in the menu not available! Food quality average! Housekeeping service to be improved! Lobby very impressive! Maintenance of the rooms pretty shabby
