Staff was kind, the room was comfortable and clean, breakfast was wonderful! (Great oatmeal bar) Lobby is spacious and inviting. Great location with places to eat in walking distance (the illegal burger was delicious) Not alot of parking, but we eventually found one. All in all great place!

The receptionist had ton of attitude

Always love our stay here and the staff is always friendly and fantastic. They allowed us to ship items for our son before moving into his dorm. Well run establishment!

Kenneth was terrific- great customer service. Did not like the fact that we were not told about the housekeeping reduced days. Needed more!! there was not a hook in the large bathroom to hang a robe on.

Four of us ladies were in town for a concert and chose to stay here for the 2 bedroom suite and close location to the venue. The two bedrooms were comfortable and clean. However the pull-out-sofa was not comfortable at all. The bedding provided for the pull-out was sparse at best and not sized correctly. The rooms need a remodel and were expensive for what you received. The hotel was close to shopping, restaurants and other attractions. We felt like it was in a safe location too, but it was not unusual to see homeless on many of the street corners.

The hotel is comfortable. A bit dated, but not bad. Room was comfortable and quiet. Bathroom's lighting is dark but we worked around that. Location of the hotel is close to everything we needed.

Loved the property and amenities. Staff was wonderful - friendly, helpful - everyone! (Staff was one of the best features of our stay.) Suite was a perfect setup, but the floors were pretty awful- I seriously considered asking to borrow a vacuum, particularly for the kitchen area. I know I could see more than most, because I do yoga every morning; but there were even plastics from clothing tags that were not swept up and the crumbs under the dishwasher had been there a long time.

liked the breakfast. We expected that we would have two queens and got a king and a sofa bed that wasn't too comfortable but made it work.

Only thing that we noticed was the property needed some work and people did. It pick up after their pets.

Great hotel and great location. My on issue at this property is parking. Limited parking in front of the property. There is also a garage but not convenient at all.

Hotel was clean and recently updated. I didn’t like that they billed me 12/day for parking in a public parking lot upon checkout.

The property is ok if you are looking for an average hotel. The suite is spacious, the hotel clean and personnel are helpful and friendly. However the breakfast is pretty bad. We ate out half our stay as the food was not what we expected. The eggs are not real eggs, maybe they are powered not sure. Fruit is only bananas. Yogurt was good. And there is cereal, but Cheerios was all offered. Very few healthy choices. My biggest complaint is that the furnishings in the room were uncomfortable. Bed was so soft it gave us backaches and was difficult to sleep. Chair and couch have the most uncomfortable upholstery. No comfortable place to sit in the room. Pool is ok but the water is cloudy. If you have small kids it’s ok. But if you are looking for a more comfortable hotel I would go else where. The cost is too high for what you get. Spend a bit more and try one of the other places in Cherry Creek.

We liked the proximity to the hospital and the walkable restaurants.

Newly refurbished hotel and a great location with several nearby food options. Nice kitchenette in room. Outdoor seating was pleasant with a fire pit and BBQ. Fresh coffee every morning. Staff was very nice.

Clean and convenient. The extra space was allowed us space to relax. The free breakfast leaves a lot to be desired - all prepackaged individual servings which were microwaved and placed in steamer trays.

Well appointed rooms. Great water. Don’t know why housekeeping never came despite multiple calls. Don’t know why front desk failed to set up my wake up call. Foldaway bed very uncomfortable. Bright flashing light like a strobe in the bedroom every minute made it hard to sleep.

Decent hotel that serves a basic breakfast. I was able to find healthy enough options to be satisfied. The gym has a Peloton. The restaurants on property are b/c level. If you are wanting higher end, Cherry Creek is super close. I would stay here again for business.

One issue. Put a handrail in the shower. It's dangerous

The hotel was very nice! Having a kitchen in the room is great, especially when having a baby. We did go to the pool, but we couldn't go swimming since it was so cold. Also the front desk staff was listening to a movie and kept asking me to repeat myself or taking down the wrong numbers.

Property is in fantastic shape. Clean, safe, close to shopping.

All in all it was an ok stay. Didn’t start well when the front desk agent told me my car wouldn’t be safe, even after I paid $12 per day for parking. There is no designated parking and the agent told me the safest place to park is in front of the restaurants around the area. This is a safe area but the agent made me scared. The cleanliness in the room was sub par. Great location was the best part!
