The hotel and staff were great. However, there was a large group of people that included a youth hockey team staying in the hotel at the same time. These boys were disruptive and loud; talking and singing at the top of their voices; playing games on their phones or chatting while lounging (not eating) all over the dining area during breakfast while other guests were forced to either not eat, or go back to their rooms. Sadly, the adults with their group were either absent or not paying any attention to the lack of respect from these boys. The weekend day desk clerk did his best to help the other guests out, but I’m sure he was forced to walk a fine line. There needs to be something in place to help the staff out that are caught in this scenario. Fortunately, we had activities that took us away from the hotel, but our four nights there were less than restful.

Fast check in. They said they only had two cribs for the whole hotel. Both were used so we did not have a crib for our 6 month old. Convenient location, great for a quick trip.

Room was clean, but could use some updating. Bathroom was a bit small. Beds were comfortable. However, I did request feather free pillows due to allergies and my bed had 4.

Our check in was actually good, but in the middle of the night the toilet wouldn’t flush. We called the front desk at 6am and they let us switch rooms which was ok, but then expected the full pay for all this. We felt that we should have been given a discount for this.

The location is a bus and a train journey from the centre in the middle of not very much. That was the big negative. The initial receptionist who booked me in handled my mistake about dates extremely well notwithstanding a lack of support from Expedia. She was an excellent new recruit. A more experienced staff member almost undid her excellent work by changing my room key without telling me. The all-nighter on checkout duty was excellent. Breakfast and coffee were included from very early in the morning. Teams in a local rugby tournament stayed there and were so charming they added to the ambience. The room was comfortable with an easy to operate shower and was clean.

Lobby smells so bad, room super duty I think they never clean it they were nails on the side table and smell so bad the carpet super duty, I will never ever stay there.

Check-in employee was kind and helpful! Room was clean and refreshed with a nice touch (bouquet of tissues and towel folding). Food area was clean and we appreciated the selection. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable- we had a lot to do in a little time.

We were just visiting Denver for a quick trip but the service at the hotel was great, very friendly people and clean. Breakfast had a lot to offer

we were on the first floor the carpet was either dirty or very worn, he window shade had several holes . The bath was clean but very dated as well.

Overall it was fine but the bedside lamp was burned out and the plug in bathtub didn't work. Carpet looked kinda dirty.

Great stay. Large suite. Front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful.
