Very close to Town Center and Space Center. Free parking and breakfast was nice too

The hotel was very nice but it was the people working there that made it excellent. From the lady who checked me in with her great sense of humor, rm 277 to the lady that does the breakfast, so friendly and welcoming. I felt like they were welcoming me into their home.

Overnight stopover on a road trip. Check in with dontae was great. Only issue was ac kept coming on and room was chilly. Couldn’t work out to stop it!!

Once in our room, our bathroom had 3 used mens underwear still hanging up. When we called the front desk all that was said was "oh no. Ill move you to a new room." No apology. When grabbing new keys we were given keys to the room we already had. The door to the new room was very hard to open. You essentially had to barge your way into the room to get it open. Once in the new room, there was still pieces of paper on the floor and the fridge was not plugged in. In the morning, more issues showed up. The shampoo bottle in the bathroom was completely empty. The bathroom light was broken. Coffee maker was missing the piece that holds the filter causing water to continue to leak. We had decided to end our stay early as a result.

Very clean in a very nice area. Modern design room with a big tv. We had views of the pool and pond behind it. Overall very satisfied!

The room was big and roomy. The hotel was recently renovated. It was beautiful and clean. The service was very good. We enjoyed our stay. However, the next time we will try to book a room on the top floor just to avoud the noise from kids running in the halls above us. Overall, it was a great stay.

As I was reviewing which property to stay at in Huntsville, I noticed the high customer rating. I must say, the reviewers did not disappoint. I loved this property including the friendly welcome from the staff, the clean and modern rooms, the convenient location (near the Bridge Street Town Centre which is filled with excellent shopping and a variety of restaurants), and finally, the great breakfast. Great value with a great night’s sleep!

the property was clean. The pool was fair but had no pool towels as stated. The rooms had an ice bucket but no glasses for water. The breakfast was fair but need to add more staff had to wait for food to be replenished and line was long.

For the price it’s a great stay and staff were very friendly. However, very loud hallways and doors, can hear guest coming and going early and late :(

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They helped us with several things none of which were issues of the hotel. They interacted with us as if they were friends we had known forever.
