A very straightforward hotel. No frills. Simple rooms but with lovely new bathroom and rainforest shower. Despite simplicity it supplied everything, very good value for money, only $5/6 to Jonkers walk in a Grab taxi. Really nice music in foyer and by pool. Pool wasn’t amazing but it was quiet - I had it all to myself so 👍 Bed was comfy.

First of all. The room was very spacious and thoughtfully allocated although I would suggest upgrading the television to a smart tv for an executive room such as this. That was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept on in a long time for my back and neck issues. I was however very disappointed with the roof top. Namely because there’s a lot of open unused space that could be utilized as green space with plants and small trees to really liven up the vibe. The pool is outdated. I feel like they are missing an opportunity for a shared recreation area up there. It’s also kind of annoying to not be able to take the elevator all the way there. The view from the roof is beautiful at night though.. granted I found it strange that they offer for sale lovely hotel branded ashtrays yet none of them are at the tables and chairs on the roof to add an element of synergistic class. The surrounded neighborhood has several run down buildings listed for sale. It’s curious to me that whoever owns the hotel hasn’t purchased and facelifted them.

Tired and old renovation, no frills place to sleep. The room safe was not working, but they replaced it within half an hour.

I went as a family with 4 children, so their room with 3 beds was very suitable. My kids were happy to jump around.
The unit we got came with a big bathroom which also included a bathtub, which was another plus.
The only thing that was abit unusual was that they asked for money when i asked to get a second key card, which I thought was strange.
Next door of the hotel was a nice seafood restaurant. Reasonably priced and the food was very fresh

Stayed in room 2515 (5th floor). Love my room. Definitely worth the price. Spacious bed, clean room and big toilet. Swimming pool is closed currently due to RMCO. Many parking available. Safe and easy. Will definitely come back again. Thank you

Check in process was very unpleasant. I have stand in line for nearly 1 hour before my turn. Overall, room cleanliness needs to be improved. Anyway, good night sleep/rest as the room was sound proof. Hardly hear anything from outside even though hotel is located next to busy road.

It was a good stay. The room and service is definitely worth the price paid. However, the actual room might not be as spacious and comfortable as the picture which might led to a higher expectation to the room.

Although it is a non-smoking but then the smell was bad .... My 2nd booked room air-con was not working good needed some maintenance ... And the tidying and preparation for the check in was late even we reached at 1625hrs although it should be ready at 1500hrs since the rules required us to do so.....In the night , there were some dripping sound but it is solved as i placed a towel to contain the drips.

Ask for housekeeping service and yet until 12am, we are back to the room and found that the room still the same when we went out. The worst part is we told the staff personally and hand tge tag at the door. Checking In and Out also very bad.

Stayed 1 night, the room was superb! Huge space, comfortable bathroom. Highly recommended. Friendly staff, they even allow me park for some time so i can walk around the city for the last time after i checked out. for my personal opinion, i don't mind walking 15 minutes+- to reach the centre of Malacca. Anyway if you cannot find the nearest place for your breakfast, try toast and toast just behind the hotel about 500m away.

1) The receptionist didnt greet me when i register and didnt provide full info such as time for breakfast and wifi password. I overheard all the info from the other chinese receptionist.
2) The carpet got smell. Bedsheet got stain and hair. The door of wardrobe spoilt. Stagnatt water when take bath.

Stayed 2 nights, the family suite was perfectly suited for 3 adults and an infant. Good impression of the place and can consider coming back in future and recommending friends.
