The shower water will leak into the bathroom floor. I have stayed at Pan Pacific Serviced Suites at Beach road multiple times (you can check your records), this situation exists for all the rooms I stayed. Recently I stayed at one of Ascott's properties and found their shower room designed differently than yours and they don't have the shower water into the bathroom floor issue.

The AC was very noisy, the AC located in the living area so the bedroom is quite stuffy. either stuff or cold. Staff at night not very helpful.

We loved the space this property offered us. The room was clean, tidy and the bedding was comfortable. There are plenty of dining options within walking distance with a great atmosphere. There are 3 MRT stations within walking distance, each offering different lines.

Good things - location, swimming pool, staff
Not so great - there is a lot of construction around which is a little unsightly, also the sofa in the living area is a sofa bed and not very comfortable as a sofa.
Communication was great- they were receptive to emails sent beforehand regarding check in. Staff helpful

Really lovely modern serviced apartments. Well equipped and cleaned daily. Top floor pool is fabulous. We were very happy with our room and the amenities. Staff is professional, friendly and helpful. Short walk to bus stop and MRT. Right across the street from the wonderful shops and cafes in Kampong Glam. The entrance is a bit tricky to find and the construction outside is a small headache, but overall this is a great place to stay and a very good value. Would stay here again.

We arrived in Singapore with a reservation at another “4 star” hotel and we left after one night. There were ants and holes in places where there shouldn’t have been—I’ll leave it at that because I’m shuttering thinking about it. Anyway we quickly hopped on the Hotels.com app and found this absolute gem of a place. It has everything you could want, great location, it’s quiet and clean but the staff is above and beyond. I’m not sure I’ve experienced a kinder hotel staff. Not just accommodating but truly kind. Everyone was friendly and so good to us. I travel quite a bit for work and have stayed in so many hotels and this staff is the kindest. They took such good care of us especially after the horrid experience we had at the other hotel. 11/10. Wonderful place.

Very pleasant stay at this hotel. The front desk personnel is extremely helpful - much better than other serviced condos in Singapore. Would definitely book this hotel again. However, the SGD$30 breakfast is a bit steep since there are not many items you can choose.

The Hotel staff were kind and receptive to our requests. They kept the hotel room clean and was always in a tidy state. The view that we had was facing the city with a view of the Singapore grand prix circuit, loved our stay at Pan Pacific serviced suites.

The shower head was faulty which was spraying in all directions, and water from the shower room leaks into the toilet floor which floods the toilet floor. Had to put towels to preventing falling in toilet. Otherwise everything else was fine.

Checking in was a breeze. Concierge staff was very helpful and accommodating. Amenities were as advertised and the room was comfortable. As we stayed on a weekend, our breakfast was delivered to our room. Food was great! Will recommend this hotel.

We had a fabulous stay, the hotel was in a great location and the facilities were really good too. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful and even gave me a little cake for my birthday. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again myself.

Stayed in Singapore for 2 days towards the end of 2.5 weeks honeymoon/birthday trip, I had to say that the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed we ever stayed in, we even asked them what brand it was. Spacious single bedroom apartment with all of amenity included. The washing machine/drier combo was great and they provided laundry powders too. We put some load, went sight seeing, came back home with clean clothes. Hotel price in Singapore has gone up significantly post covid so we claimed our free reward night towards this stay which was great. The hotel gave us chocolate to congratulate us. I have been to Singapore multiple times but has never stayed in this part of town before. Location is reasonably central, opposite of Haji lane/Arab st. We went to a very nice bar called Bar Story. Hotel is close to MRT, about $20 to the airport by grab. Will recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was lovely. Staff very friendly and happy to help. Room was serviced daily which was really nice. Only downside is that the rooms do not have any windows that can open and so when you first enter the room there is a musty smell. However once you get the aircon going the smell becomes less noticeable. Another down side was the mattress is quite firm but again not major. The rooftop pool is a lovely way to cool down with great views and the gym is also well equipped. The hotel is well situated across from Arab street which has many places to choose from to eat. Only a 15-20 minute taxi ride from the airport. There was construction work happening outside our window however we were never disturbed with the noise. You could occasionally hear horns beeping from the road below us and sometimes you could hear activity at the mosque but this did not have any impact on sleep for us.

Good stay at Pan Pacific Suites. Staff very helpful and friendly. Had a problem with a blocked sink which was fixed immediately. Was less impressed with the used dishwashing sponge and stained dishtowel that was left for us. The sponge was replaced immediately but the dish towel was not.
The sofa in the room was very uncomfortable and not much room for opening your luggage. To be fair we had quite a lot of luggage having been away for a month.
Overall though the property was good. Location reasonably close to Bugis station, but there a lotnof roadworks going on nearby which meant pavements closed, and the most convenient path to the station seemed to be round the back of hotel past the service access.
