spacious rooms, clean , comfortable bed and pillows , very friendly staff , specially Mehmet R . at front desk was very polite and helpful , very nice lobby and lounge , good food , great location , this is the most hotel I like in Istanbul , this is my fourth time here at the same hotel and when ever I visit again I will stay here for sure and I highly recommended it , I used the spa twice , once with my daughter and once with my husband , both times we did Hammam and massage , it was amazing , the spa is very clean and spacious

The staff at the lobby bar refused to give disposable cups stating that it is a policy….never heard of it in my 30 years of travelling and staying in almost all the major brand hotels.

Incompetent staff. They favour the needs of their local Turkish citizens to other guests. I raised a complaint over a issue I had with the pool/changing room areas, the complaint was not even taken seriously. Very disappointed with this hotel

Rooms were not cleaned correctly. I asked for my room to be vacuumed on the 4th day, but it was never done. I will never stay at a Hilton again, preferring to pay for comfort and cleanliness.

I stayed this hotel from 7/15 to 7/19. I stayed on the 25th floor which is one of the executive floors. It is an absolutely beautiful hotel. The amenities are excellent and the staff at the hotel were so kind. It was super clean and just so beautiful. I did like having access to the executive lounge because they gave free breakfast, free dinner, and snacks/drinks throughout the day. There was also a very nice restaurant right up the street in walking distance. In addition, Uber is also an option. There is also a laundromat maybe 8 minutes a way by Uber. There’s also plenty of shopping nearby in walking distance for clothes and a supermarket. The stay at this Hilton was amazing and I would definitely recommend for families.

Hotel has wonderful facilities, is a new and clean property with helpful staff. Restaurant is lacking with less than average food options. Otherwise a great stay in a lovely building which is situated conveniently in a nice area of the European side of Istanbul.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Hotel Bomonti in Istanbul and had a mixed experience. Upon arrival, we were promptly assisted with our luggage, and the reception staff were generally friendly. However, there were several aspects that left me somewhat disappointed. One of the downsides was the outdoor pool, which incurred an additional charge of €10 per day per person, even for hotel guests. While the indoor pool was free, access required purchasing a swim cap for 100 Turkish Lira at the front desk. While I understand the importance of hygiene, this felt excessive for a leisure pool that isn't Olympic-sized. Additionally, nearly everything required registration, including the complimentary sauna and fitness facilities. It felt excessive. —I almost expected to register to use the restroom. Regarding breakfast, while the quality was decent, the lack of variety became monotonous after a week. The menu seemed unchanged day after day, which diminished the dining experience over time. Lastly, language barriers were occasionally problematic. There were instances where I felt that the staff didn't fully understand my requests or inquiries in English, which led to frustrating communication gaps. Overall, while the Hilton Bomonti Hotel boasts a convenient location and modern amenities, the shortcomings in pool access policies, language support, and breakfast quality detracted significantly from my stay. I hope these points are addressed to improve the experience for future guests.

Relatively new hotel with spectacular views from the rooftop dining/cafe areas. What I didn't like were the dining options--quality of the food and restaurants could be improved.
