Nice sitting areas

The room was very clean. It was a nice surprise to have the room cleaned the next day. It was nice to have service get back to pre-covid service. Breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I have only two mild complaints, I am confused as to why the Hotel bar has NO Liquor and the poor quality of your TP was terrible as silly as that sounds.

Services from staff and location

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton Inn in Lake Placid. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure my needs were met throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a balcony with a view of Mirror Lake.The location was also fantastic, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend the Hampton Inn Lake Placid to anyone visiting the area.

Service and entertainment

Beautiful hotel with amazing views and a perfect location of the area. The breakfast in the morning was convenient and delicious and offered a great selection. I will be returning soon.

I enjoyed the 24 hour coffee station. The sitting and firepit areas were a relaxing touch. I enjoyed the free breakfast. The staff was always eager to please no matter what time of day.

Only thing I didn’t like is the pillows, a personal thing I guess. Everything else was just great

This hotel is fantastic! Kept so clean with beautiful amenities and the friendliest most helpful staff. Ozzy and Polina were particularly helpful and so kind. We already booked our next stay!

We came to Lake Placid for a three night getaway to celebrate my birthday The Hampton Inn was the perfect hotel for this little vacation We had a studio with a balcony overlooking the lake, which was very nice All the staff that we encountered were extremely helpful, polite, and welcoming My only complaint which is very minor is the chair and couch in our room with very uncomfortable to sit on We really couldn’t figure out why that was the case there was something weird about the cushions. I’m not sure that the property may want to look into that. Other than that, we were pleasantly pleased with the room at the location The free breakfast was adequate and had plenty of options The room that was the main area for eating and hanging out and is quite lovely overlooking the lake

The front desk staff especially Aleks!!!!! and Ozzie were amazing. I had an issue prior to checking in and Aleks SAVED my vacation.

We stayed 2 nights, the room was roomy and clean. The morning breakfast was good, there is coffee and tea available all day. As a Tesla owner we appreciated the destination charger.

Loved the outdoor fireplace!

Somewhat pricey but for its location and ease to Main St. and other sites of interest, the extra cost was worth it.

Close to Heart Lake, but convenience for restaurants, indoor pool.

Loved everything about this place! Very dog friendly, kid friendly, great breakfast, beautiful lobby, super friendly and accommodating staff, very clean. Can't wait to stay again!

Overall stay was nice, but I had to checkout a day early because of my daughter was not well and there was no option to get any refund or points. they charged me full day even i didn't stay. I spoke to expedia they said Hotel doesn't allow and when I spoke to Hotel they said because it's booked by expedia they don't offer any refund or points. Kind of going in circle situation.

Fantastic location across the street from mirror lake. Beautiful spot - will def return.

Convenience Location

We really enjoyed our stay. Property is close to everything, restaurants, attractions and shopping. We were impressed with the breakfast, something for everyone.

Wonderful location at the foot of Mirror Lake. Easy walk to Olympic museum and ice arena. Hotel was very clean and staff friendly. Booked through Hotels.Com: big mistake as you can do better through hotel directly. Canceling my account with them. Hampton Inn was great, however.

We had an amazing time, the hotel location is perfect with restaurants and bars nearby. The outside seating area was beautiful and short drive to most beautiful sightseeing. Would definitely comeback.

I have stayed at this property over fifty nights, through the years. More recently, condition and cleanliness of the facility is declining.
