Easy check in, friendly staff, everything was clean, and well maintained.

We stayed for a business conference on site, but also some fun Colorado exploration. This hotel is well located, quiet and very comfortable.

It was a very nice hotel. The only thing was that we arrived at 5:30 and our room was not ready. They were very busy with many large groups staying at the hotel.

Loved our stay with the Marriott Westminster during our family vacation. The location is close to Boulder and Denver downtown. We enjoyed the proximity to plenty of great eating options. Bonus: the restaurant in Marriott is really good!

The staff was definitely notable in service and friendliness. I appreciates the turnover service each day so our space was clean.

The check in was quick and easy, front desk people were very hospitable.
The room was spacious and clean .
The lights flickered in bathroom when i plugged in curling iron, and there wasnt a fan, otherwise bathroom and shower was great.
The bed wasnt the greatest, it was comfortable enough but i felt like it wouldve been easy to roll off, seemed like there was a slope on the edge.
We would definitely stay there again tho!! Close enough to Coors Field!

Service after the stay has been abysmal. I was charged twice for the single room, one-night stay (3rd party and at hotel). It has been over a month and still no refund.
No smoking by the front entrance would have been wonderful since not everyone wants to smell marijuana while walking in the front doors or in the lobby.

My husband and I only had one night stay for the Rockies game. The hotel was easy to get to/from. Staff was very friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Would stay again.

Nice place, extremely expensive just to be there. We tried to have dinner at the hotels bar and grill, not only was the menu extremely limited but it was extremely overpriced for what the food was. I happily finished my overpriced drink and went to a steakhouse where I still paid less.

Cleanliness was good.
Not so good was that the 2 elevators seemed to constantly have issues. One elevator was closed for at least 1 whole day/nite of being there. The other one seemed to sometimes work. They allowed people to use the workers service elevator so I guess that was helpful just not convenient. I was on the 5th floor so I was not taking stairs everytime I went in and out. Pillows were not comfy at all, both my friend and I did not do well with the pillows. The TV remote hardly worked, had connection issues with the TV. The hotel engineer came to fix the tv connection, learned about the remote and still didn’t replace it. Needed more towels, called the front desk for more and they never brought them.

The bed was so hard that my hips were on fire most of the night. The elevators weren’t working and we had to climb 5 flights of stairs.

The hotel is beautiful and so are the surroundings. But, first we were told that the room we had booked with 2 beds was not available and that the reservation didnt show that. After a bit of arguing it was fixed. At check out, we were charged again an additional 400 because we were told that Expedia hadnt paid them. This is outrageous!! Expedia charged the credit card the minute the reservation was completed. Why do we have to pay again?

I think this was a horrible experience for us, given the amount of back and forth we had to do because of unavailability of our room. Moreover, several double payments from our end made it horrible for us, and I'm still awaiting the refunds. This is absolutely terrible from both Hotels and Mariott and I am just horrified with everything I had to go through just to try get things right for me in this trip
