Comfortable bed. Had a tub in the bathroom instead of just a shower

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Only stayed 2 nights but would return.

Upon check-in late evening, I was greeted by name by the friendliness, courteous, young lady who introduced us to the property amenities. Her professionalism and smile everytime you entered the lobby made a great stay.
The only thing I did not like was not receiving my receipt for stay. Upon check-out, I told the Front Desk Clerk I did not receive my receipt under my door and ask for a receipt. She told me I would receive an email of my receipt which I have not received.

The location
Our toilet was broken, we reported it and it didn’t seem like and issue to them. So we had to close the bathroom door so we didn’t have to hear it continuing to run.

breakfast was excellent
they charged me more when i got there then what i had prepaid through booking.com, then went on a speech about how it happens all the time, have used booking in several countries and all across the us and never had that happen before, hotel is a scam

The location was nice. The front desk staff and cleaning staff were very nice
The room felt old,the refrigerator wasn’t clean. we had to ask for more towels. One room had 4 people in it but one towel. The pillows need replaced. The breakfast was ordinary. The drink(soda) wasn’t working. I paid more than $1500.00 for 2 rooms. The hotel is not worth that kind of money.

Belinda was a sweet woman. She set up the breakfast. Everything was kept stocked and she kept everything so neat and clean. She made it a wonderful start to our day.

There were a few house roaches that were seen in the bathroom and needed slip resistant bottom in tub...almost slipped.
