Rooms were nice, but the bed was hard, no face plate electrical plug,

The location was nice. The front desk staff and cleaning staff were very nice

The room felt old,the refrigerator wasn’t clean. we had to ask for more towels. One room had 4 people in it but one towel. The pillows need replaced. The breakfast was ordinary. The drink(soda) wasn’t working. I paid more than $1500.00 for 2 rooms. The hotel is not worth that kind of money.

Room just didn't feel comfortable. Pillows weren't great. Not the best Best Western I've stayed in.

Staff not familiar with system at check in. Double charged us for room . Carpets smell wet and moldy.

Belinda was a sweet woman. She set up the breakfast. Everything was kept stocked and she kept everything so neat and clean. She made it a wonderful start to our day.

My phone charger was stolen by house keeping or another employee!

pool water was bright green so the kids could not ho in Pool was one of our hotel requirements so this was disappointing.
