The hotel is located in the heart of old town in Prague. It is ideal for getting around. Everything is at a wlaking distance. The staff was very friendly amd efficient.

The hotel and our room were fabulous. We loved the terrace too. Staff helped us find excellent restaurants and everyone was very friendly and helpful. The only suggestion or issue we had was the temperature in the room was very warm which made for uncomfortable sleeping, but this likely was due to the unreasonably hot weather we all have been having. Offering a fan (which we got) up front might be a good idea!

This is a beautiful hotel with a lively ambience. The interior is very posh and boutique style. The bar and the restaurant is super!! We loved everything about it. Can’t praise enough the concierge! I would have given it all 5 starts but, I can’t. If you are someone who likes AC and their room cool during hot summers in Prague then this is not your place. Our room stayed above 22.6 C and we could just not do it. There was no air circulation. Again, not their fault. The hotels are in historic buildings, they can’t support the cool air as you would expect at some other places. We unfortunately only stayed one night and had to leave to a different place. Please note, I would stay there for sure in cooler months.

The staff at Emblem were absolutely fantastic. The concierge JOSEPH was absolutely fabulous. He told us where to get a great meal at a reasonable price. He gave us all kinds of ideas. Interactions. He went over and above. He was absolutely accommodating and welcoming. Also at the front desk we had such an amazing experience with Paul Nde, he went out of his way to get items from our bags back-and-forth, he charged my phone and kept an eye on it the whole time we went and explored the city on our last day. He called the taxi for us. He was so very helpful and accommodating!!! These two gentlemen Paul and Joseph made the experience in Prague, so memorable and much better than expected. We will definitely come back to this hotel. The location was absolutely credible. It was so close to everything you need. The slippers in the room and robes as well as lavender pillow spray added a really nice touch Thank you all! The two Canadian sisters (aka:The Golden Girls)

Loved everything about it!! 10 on 10. As a suggestion, it would be nice if there were healthy options in the mini fridge in room eg dark chocolate, yogourt, healthy nuts… also if the city allowed a few tables and chair in front of hotel to enjoy the conplementary coffee

Staff was very helpful and polite. Food selection at breakfast was adequate and good quality. Cleanest of the room and the facility was very good.

We loved our stay in the beautiful library room. But most of all we loved the attention and service Josef gave us. He is fantastic at concierge responsibilities. Everything he suggested was fantastic!

This is a great hotel in a fantastic location close to Old Town. Josef, the concierge could not have been more helpful with his suggestions and offers of assistance. The doorman was equally helpful with welcoming us and helping us with our bags. Indeed, ALL the staff were professional, courteous and helpful. Due to our planned itinerary we did not use the hotel facilities to their full but I have not hesitation in believing that they would have been upto the standard that we experienced. Our room was well appointed , clean and modern. To top off our short stay, the hotel noted that it was my wife’s birthday on the day of our leaving and invited us to a birthday breakfast. This was entirely of their wish, there was no hint from either of us. I very rarely write reviews but on this occasion I feel it would be wrong of me not to write a genuine view of an exceptional hotel.!

Great location - very short walks to all the main tourist attractions and restaurants except for the Prague castle. Very friendly staff fluent in English. Laundry service available.

Prague is so beautiful. We found the Emblem Hotel to be the perfect spot. Very quiet place and beautiful and so easy to walk to everything.

We loved the location. It was right around the corner of the main square. Shopping and dining options are plentiful. The cons were coffee available in the basement accessed with room key but then because it’s in the basement accessed with room key trough the elevator it was difficult to get 2 cups of coffee back to the room. Also the air conditioning was not in service they say. Room was warm and the fan at the thermostat wouldn’t kick in. Very warm to sleep in at night. They gave the excuse that the whole hotel was not turned over from winter to summer yet? Wake answer. If we would have know we could use the thermostat independently of every other room, we would have never booked here. Disappointed in their explanation. Hopefully if we ever come back they will have addressed that.

Location was great! Short walk to the Old Town square, astronomical Clock and Within a 15 to 20 minute walk to all attractions. All of the staff were friendly, with helpful suggestions for things to do. Hotel was clean and in great condition. If or when we return to Prague I would stay here and would recommend it to anyone who is.
