Our favorite hotel in Palma old town

Loved this property and it’s friendly staff. When we were upstairs in the loft you could hear water running in the walls. And given we were so Close to the lift we could hear that too. Overall a great stay despite these 2 little nitpicky things.

I spent two weeks at Palma Suite wish my 14 and 11 years old kids in a standard suite with a sofabed. We had a car and found the parking in a nearby underground garage that charged 10 euro a day very convenient. The daily breakfast was sumptuous, if you want something simple can only resort to making something in the room or nearby pastry shops. The kitchen is functional and is fully equipped with oven, dish washer and a toaster, which I used daily - the supermarket is within a 3 minutes walk. Used the gym frequently and took advantage of the 7-8 pm happy hour at the lobby. The panoramic view from the roof deck is amazing, the pool is very small only suitable for dipping. Wahsher and dryer situated on the second floor is very handy. Staff was very helpful and friendly. It is within the boundary of old town with lots of eating and drinking options within 10 minutes off walk. Highly recommend Palma Suite for long stay especially if you need a kitchen..

Great hotel, very friendly and centrally located, The suites were well equipped, clean and just what we wanted for a short break.

Really helpful and friendly staff. The hotel was lovely and a short walk to major attractions (cathedral and beach) as well as the bus stops to go further afield. Everything you need is here. The apartment came equipt with everything we needed for our stay.

Classic property made me feel right at home, enjoyed the cultue of the city.

My family had two apartments for one week each. Friendly greeting and welcome drink upon check in. Apartments were well equipped, very well maintained and comfortable to live in. Daily service of fresh towels and bin emptying. An excellent clean mid stay. We took advantage of the low priced drinks at the daily happy hour in the lovely bar and seating area. We also had a hire car from the airport for the week for day trips around Mallorca. Palma Suites arranged reasonable rates at a clean and secure underground parking garage that was an easy 3 minutes walk away. Palma Suites feels very 'high end' but the staff remain friendly. I highly recommend Palma Suites.

From arriving to departing, everything was perfect. Wonderful staff, nothing was too much trouble for them. Great apartment, spotlessly clean and had everything you needed for a great stay. Locality was very central in the old town, only 5 minutes walk to Cathedral, Passeig de Born and shops. Perfect stay.

A comfortable, clean space with friendly and helpful staff.

Palma Suites is a wonderful, cozy, classy and welcoming hotel. We stayed for 2 weeks and with each passing day realized how perfectly located it was with easy access to transportation and a wide variety of incredible dining/shopping options. It's easy to get delightfully "lost" in Old Palma - it's part of the charm, and finding our way back to Palma Suites at the end of each day always felt like we were returning to our cozy home.

Excellent location, fabulous staff, spacious apartment in lovely quiet area. Easy to walk around and plenty of bars and restaurants on the doorstep.

From the moment we walked into hotel we were made to feel welcome. Glass of fizz on arrival and then shown to our beautiful suite which was immaculate and so well equipped. The roof terrace was the icing on the cake with stunning views over the city and the glorious Palma Cathedral. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this wee gem of a hotel

This aparthotel room was well appointed. Initially there was a problem with the coffee machine, but that was soon sorted by the maintenance team. The plunge pool on the roof is welcome in hot weather but is no more than a plunge pool. The hotel is very well situated for exploring the old town. Staff are friendly and always eager to please. Coffee and tea et cetera is refilled every day. They also supply dishwasher tablets for the dishwasher.

Amazing. Amazing. Amazing! This is an outstanding property with exceptional staff. We genuinely cannot think of any way that our stay could have been any better. Everything has been thought of and we could not believe the attention to detail throughout. Thanks mainly to Palma Suites, we completely fell in love with Palma :)

Very accommodating and clean. Appreciated the modern and sleek rooms. Maybe have more English channels for the rainy days, everything was dutch not even Spanish. A bathroom matt for when people step out. Better air-conditioning I'm some of the rooms. Some staff were incredible, but there was this one lady who needs to brush up on her people skills. The location was perfect, amazing for families especially since there are kitchen and living room space in each room. Would definitely come back

Area a bit unknown to me, a little off, up hill walk home. I didn’t feel unsafe to walk there late with other but I wouldn’t walk home alone at night. Apartment somewhat responsive, depending on neighbours. ☺️ Overall a very nice hotel.

Palma Suites is an amazing hotel with immaculate design, polite personnel and perfect services. Everything concerning your comfort is considered in detail. The location is the best and the cooperation with the nearest SABA parking is so smooth which makes the stay of any guest with a car as easy as possible.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Palma Suites! As first timers travelling to Mallorca, we were renting a car. I did contact through Expedia twice and directly to the hotel regarding pre-booking parking at a discounted rate and received a reply to late as we were an hour away. Our check-in was a little bit complicated, but the parking wasn’t necessarily straightforward on behalf of the hotel, so we worked it out on our own terms which I highly recommend. There are not really multiple staff. There is a person working the front desk at all times and cleaning staff. The cleaning staff visit your room on a daily basis to freshen up your towels and remove your garbage! They did a lovely job! The roof top is absolutely lovely. The first day we arrived it was 38°. We intended on using the pool, but it was quite murky. However the rest of our stay it looked like it had been shocked or cleaned, so was very swimmable. The rooms are like being at home, they have everything you need. We ended up booking a premium suite and did ask to be relocated based on the room we were provided which was over the main entrance bar on lobby and beside the gym. on your room category. There are no balconies, from what we saw on the main floor and we booked our hotel about eight months in advance and requested a higher level floor and still ended up with the first floor. Basically, the rooms are great no matter what I feel like all of the rooms will be equally as lovely!

Liked the property. Staff were lovely. Rooms were quite small and had strange design choices. - couldn’t fully open wardrobe door so drawers inside inaccessible….. Very quirky. Roof top small but pleasant, pool teeny tiny. Rooms very varied and some far better than others. Good location.

Pros: Amazing location! Great to have in and out parking that was a few blocks away (the hotel was really great at organizing this). Aesthetically nice hotel. Cons: issues with the AirCon where the room felt very humid and stuffy at night, it was only on the 3rd night of our stay that it seems the unit was finally properly working. The unit definitely could have been more thoroughly cleaned.

Me and my family spent 3 nights at Palma Suites and were very satisfied. The condition of the hotel, the rooms, the staff, the service and the location were spot on. Would definitely recommend this pleasant hotel, and the next time we are in Palma there is no doubt which hotel we will choose. Thank you for a great stay!

Cozy rooms, perfect for a weekend getaway!

The place was well maintained and cleaned. All facilities in the room were of good quality and in good condition. All staff members were welcoming and helpful.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at the Palma suites, and would not hesitate to go back. It’s a great location in central Palma, can be a little noisy at night, but that is city living! The suites are spacious, clean and comfortable and it’s great having your own kitchen for preparing breakfast or snacks. The roof terrace is beautiful, and a lovely place to sit and read over a glass of something cold in the Spanish sunshine. Highly recommend.

I loved this property! The location is very convenient and I loved the amenities available. I booked a premium suite and felt right at home. I used the gym, washer/dryer, and loved the roof deck. I wish I was staying longer! If I come back I'm definitely staying here again.
