We LOVED Prague and the INNside hotel!! The staff was super helpful, kind and friendly. The food was excellent at the hotel and the apartment loft we rented was phenomenal!!! The hotel was very conveniently located. Everywhere we needed to go was just a 15 or 20 minute walk. Lots of delicious restaurants close by the hotel. Honestly, Prague was the highlight of our 3 country trip!

Really nice premises, looked new for the most part. Nice staff. The "gym" is a room theyve thrown two machines into and a yogamat, its really tiny, but to be fair it is enough for one person to train. The rate for parking in their underground parking was really too expensive with 30 euros a night and no discount even though we were there for 4 days. The breakfast which wasnt included was 20 euros for each day, tested it once and not worth, The central location of the Hotel makes it super easy to find bakerys, foodmarket or any other alternative way to eat. So the location makes up for a lot.

The hotel is situated in a calm area just outside the city center, but at a walking distance from Prague downtown.
Personnel was very smart and helpful, breakfast very good with a good variety of both salty and sweet food.

Desk staff are wonderfully helpful. Housekeeping? Not so much. Room was not thoroughly cleaned and cared for on a daily basis. AC was horrible. Would be nice to offer coffee in the morning.

Superb hotel, before we arrived they contacted me.to see if I needed a taxi. Took advantage and this was alsona great service. The lady on check in was so helpful and the rooms were perfect. One of the most comfortable beds ever. Fantastic breakfast too. Highly recommended. A bonus is the Gulden Draak across the road!

I liked the location but I did not like the hotel for the price that I paid. Now, it is true that I paid for my hotel last minute. I would have been content with paying half the price for my stay. Also, the room that my husband and I stayed in was so dark and so small and the rugs were dirty (or they looked dirty) and it also smelled dusty.

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food at the bar and restaurant were exceptional. The rooms and hotel clean and modern. The bed was scrumptious. The hotel really made our stay in Vienna amazing.

Hotel is modern and clean. Location is close to tourists sites, but hidden from crowds. Public transport is easily accessible. Lots of local shops, cafes, and small, quiet bars nearby.

This is an excellent place to stay in Prague! The staff was so kind and helpful and one of the best hotel breakfast buffets in the city! The workout room is a little small, but who works out when you can walk all around this fabulous city!

My husband and I stayed here 3 nights and we really enjoyed this property. The location was excellent to public transportation and to the city center. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. I really enjoyed the addition of the free minibar in the room; that was a pleasant surprise. They also had parking on-site at a fee. The staff were pleasant and helpful as well.
The best thing about this hotel, though, is their BREAKFAST! It was fantastic. We had been traveling all over Europe; this was by far the best breakfast at any hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel!

We found the front desk staff very nice and helpful. We also liked the breakfast with so much varieties. The location is close to everything. It's absolutely convenient. We would recommend this hotel to our friends for their visits to Prague.
