Wonderful hotel in a great location that is walking distance to many shops, restaurants, tourist attractions. The staff is super helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel. We will be back!

Nice hotel and walking distance to sights and near transportation to get to other areas of Istanbul.

We liked this hotel so much, that we booked our 2nd stay to return. Here are the positives, central location with easy access to public transportation and Istanbul's main attractions, clean, great amenities, SPA, gym, rooftop bar and restaurant (excellent). They paid every attention to the details and even the hotel scent was carefully planned. Breakfast was a treat but the best was the STAFF. They were always present and willing to assist, we never had to ask twice for anything. Oh and the antique elevator! Our daughter was so thrilled by this, although it could only fit 2 persons. We would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Istanbul. Negatives- Maybe the neighborhood several blocks to the east is a little rough, but that is beyond their control. All in all a good find, and we will be back...

This hotel is perfectly located, close to the Galata bridge for visiting the old Istanbul and also close to Galata tower. The hotel is very clean, quiet and the staff is very friendly and supportive. We had a wonderful stay and would book it again.

Amazing building, excellent dining and super location!

The Bank Hotel in Istanbul is a stunning property housed in an old bank, featuring exquisite marble details. Although the location has its pros and cons—it's convenient for tram users with the Karaköy station nearby, but taxi or Uber users may face long waits due to the hotel's placement on a busy, narrow street. The hotel's potential is somewhat undermined by the reception experience. The small reception area is often manned by only one or two staff members who are overwhelmed with tasks, from attending to guests to managing access to the popular rooftop bar. This results in a reception that often feels rushed and stressed, impacting the overall guest experience. A particular inconvenience occurred during our checkout day concerning breakfast service. We were informed breakfast started at 7 AM, not 6:30 AM as we had thought. Despite the food being visibly ready and our early flight, the waiting staff, adhering strictly to management's rules, refused to serve us earlier. This rigid adherence to rules without consideration for guest circumstances was disappointing. Furthermore, interactions at the rooftop bar and with the breakfast staff were mixed. Staff frequently removed menus prematurely and there was confusion over our eligibility for breakfast, indicating a lack of communication and attention to detail expected in a 5-star boutique hotel. Despite its beauty and prime location, The Hotel could improve its service to truly meet the standards of a 5 star boutique hotel.

Very nice property and staff. Rooms clean and facilities in great condition. Well situated to see most of Istanbul’s great sites. Highly recommend

This is an outstanding property! It’s in a great part of Istanbul for exploring, the roof top bar is brilliant, but the best thing is the staff who are incredibly welcoming and really made our visit special!

When I arrived I hated the small, ground floor, windowless room I was given but I complained and was given a nore spacious room the room was more than adequate for my needs. Front desk staff very helpful. It would have been nice to be able to take your own coffee and juice at breakfast but had to get your food and eat hslf of it before someone briught beverages. The room itself was nice.

One of the best hotels in Istanbul. Near the Galata tower and can’t say enough about the location. I’ll definitely stay here again And highly recommend it. Don’t miss the Galataport which is walking distance, Namli for food and Kosgeroglu For Baklava

Probably the best hotel Istanbul. Beautiful and clean and perfectly located

I asked for a bosphoro night cruise and they told me I could pay with a credit card at the ship. At the ship they did not accept credit cards and the one in charge was drunk, didn't understand english and it was very difficult for us. Not nice way to treat guests

This was the third time we stayed in this hotel. We love it! The location is perfect, the room is super comfortable and beautiful and all the facilities are wonderful especially the rooftop bar and views. Since it was both our birthdays we received a very warm greetings and treats. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality! We will surely come again!.

From check in to check out the staff went above and beyond their duty. Our stay at the hotel was incredible. Chocolates and other gifts waiting for us in our room for us to enjoy, complimentary water delivered every morning and more chocolate on the weekend. It was my wife's birthday during our stay and she was surprised with a delicious cake. All the staff from customer advisor to porter were all very attentive and extremely polite, always delivering a service with a smile, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is extremely comfortable and very stylish. The roof top bar is beautiful and defo worth a visit. The location is perfect within 10 mins walk to local restaurants and 30 mins walk to the grand bazzar. Thanks for making my wife's birthday and our first trip to Istanbul memorable.

Hotel was lovely. Suite was beautiful and the staff were very attentive and helpful. Car to airport was very expensive!

Great location, friendly staff and good amenities. Only issue we had is the location of the room. Seems like visitors who book via Expedia get 2nd rate rooms. This is not the first hotel where I made this experience.

Unfortunately the service was very poor. The city is going through a very difficult time and it shows in the staff’s accommodations.

Room good noisy at night

Room was nicely renovated eventhough on the smaller side. Amenities were fine too. Located near Galata tower and the tunnel. Short walking distance to tram station. Elevator to the wing room is the classic type of elevator but really tiny.

The hotel is lovely and perfectly located. The staff is very attentive and friendly. My original room had a TINY closet, but they offered another with a good sized closet and a great view of the Bosphorous. The food was ok.

Excellent Hotel very quiet, very clean, nice property, rooms are beautiful with acceptable space, but Expedia site do not have a proper information about the Hotel, first at all ONLY ONE ROOM IS SEA VIEW (PENTHOUSE SUITE), THE CITY VIEW IS INCORRECT THE HOTEL IS SURROUNDED BY TALL BUILDINGS YOU DON'T HAVE ANY VIEW ONLY ANOTHER BUILDING JUST A FEW FEETS AWAY, the Hotels listed like VIP property,I travel with some relatives and friends, we booked 4 rooms, the reception guy not even mention the vip status all of us have VIP travelers. The location is convenient and staffs was very helpful and professional.
