I thought I was going to fall through the floor when I was walking to my room. My bed had cups under it. I feel my room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned.

First of all getting into the room was a little situation with the door, and after that in the bathroom their was not one wash cloth to shower with and the toilet paper dispenser was ripped off the wall, the continental breakfast no gravy or biscuits, the room had the smell of tobacco and it was a no smoking room, the carpet had stains on it, the carpet needs to be shampooed to have a clean smelling and freshness to the room. I'm somewhat disappointed with Sleep Inn and Suites and the Quality of their Hotel they need to do better for that price of 90.00.

Somethings was not working like the toilet

They canceled my reservation without notifying me. Then after we were told the only thing available was handicap king room and which we took, later on found out they had some other rooms available. The breakfast that we had Monday morning was terrible. The eggs were watery, sausage patties were burn to the point of being hard and the waffle batter had too much water in it.

The property was great also my kids love the trains that’s comes by blowing there horn and Sara made us feel right a home

The property was ok , they need to do a better job with the cleaning the rooms. I had stains all in my curtains mildew in the shower stains on on the couch etc definitely needs to be better

For the price and the market, this property is a good deal if you are looking for a safe no-frills place to spend a night or two. The amenities are basic and the building itself showing signs of age and/or abuse though it is not A particularly old property - there were some sizable scuff or scrape marks on some of the walls and doors, one of the lamps in the room was badly rusted, and the hall carpet had several large and very unsightly stains. The small fridge in the room couldn't seem to keep things colder than about 55°. However, for a relatively safe place to park overnight, sleep, and get up and out, it was perfectly satisfactory. Beyond that, front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Check-in/check-out was quick and painless; in spite of age and less-than-perfect-condition, everything was notably clean, and the breakfast area in particular was immaculate.

Daughter(age 2) wet the bed in her sleep and when asked for clean linens was told they would handle it and after being gone all day we returned to find they in fact had NOT taken care of.

Carpet was dirty, shower curtain was filthy, breakfast was lacking.

My family nor I could take a bath, the water smelled and looked like sewer. Towels were not available cause of the water problem. Beds were worn down l,mildew was all threw out the hotel included the room we stayed in. One last thing we made it back to the hotel at 3:30 pm, asked to get my room get repunched the lady down stairs didn’t ask for my id or nothing. anybody could have been tryna get into my room.

Mold in showers. Dirty sheets, draws, and fridge.

Our first room was damp and musty and there was a bug in the bathroom. The staff were very nice and did move us to a different room on the 3rd floor, which was a lot better. Carpets dirty throughout whole building.

Quiet

Convenient for my needs on the trip. Ease of location made it the to choice. Room was clean, quiet area and stay was pleasant to deal with.

My stay was fine. There should be more breakfast options.

When trying to check in, it took forever. Had to find an employee then she waited on someone else that walked in after me and the other person. Room was nasty. Shower curtain, walls and ceiling had black mold and mildew. A hole in wall behind tv. The chair in room was so nasty. Lifted the cushion and there was chips food and some kind of white powder. After seeing all that and taking pics my husband told lady at desk. Will not be staying again! Very disappointed and upset

I didn’t like much It’s not very well taken care Mildew in shower Dirty carpets and not sure the bathroom floor is clean Pretty sure it’s not Carpets in room and halls and elevators are stained and dirty looking

On the second floor, where my family and I slept for one night, was dirty, floors and walls in the halls were dirty, my room 207 had mildew in the tub, dirty hand print from the previous person's stay. and dirty soap on the shower curtains. The bed and the towels were the only things that looked clean. The person at the front desk was nice. But this Hotel needs a renovation badly. The pictures online is a misrepresentation of what the hotel actually looks. So I was not given the right impression of the hotel. My family and I will never stay at this hotel again.

Good stay the only thing is the carpet needs cleaning

Check in went smooth. Front desk workers were nice. Everything was clean and smelling fresh. Besides the stains on the tub wall and damages to the room walls everything was a 10/10. The Continental breakfast was good but would have liked grits also.

Located on a road that has one way to exit, so to drive to the nearby restaurants you must exit on the main highway, turn around and come back. The elevators and hallways are in poor condition, staining all over carpets, tile was loose and dirty. Room and sheets were clean, but the room smelled like cigarettes, the toilet was wobbling, the AC squeaked, the curtains had multiple holes.

The property is in a good location .

The way you have to make a u-turn to get tonthe drive way to enter the hotel was incovinent lil noisey and music was very very loud from my room right next door .

The staff was okay, friendly enough. The problem we had was how filthy the carpets were EVERYWHERE!! I couldn't understand how really bad the elevator carpet was. You could barely decifer that it was carpet. Unbelievable. In the gym the ceiling paint was sloughing off in one area and falling onto the floor in a pile. It was shocking. It says it's under new management but, they better hurry up and rip that nasty carpet up fast. I cringed evertime I had to use the elevator.

The rooms need to be repainted and bathroom need to be replaced and the shower look dirty
