This is not an hotel. dirty room, dirty toilet, no air conditioning. i don’t advise no ones to stay in a place as ugly as this. you should think about renting this place as an apartment instead of a hotel. the beds are uncomfortable, the tv doesn’t work. nothing works in this hotel. terrible place. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

It's okay. Just the situation of the country, does not help the development of Tourism.

Everything was normal. The problem I have is with the hotel owner, he is not respect the deal he make. I pay the hotel online,then after 3days staying the write guy who is the owner scam me out of money. If you have someone come see you during days time you don't pay until that person spend the night. He want me to pay more tan 200$us because I have a guest during days time, I pay 70$ . I will not recommend this place for someone who will have guest during days time. The write guy will scam you out of your money

The place is not how it turned out to be. AC not working, no pool, and was late to my flight because the entrance gate was still locked.

The food was overpriced and not good quality. There was no breakfast at the time posted. The air conditioner sounded like a cement mixer. There was no shower curtain. There were no outside lights and my room was in complete darkness away from the main area. Didn’t feel safe at all. The staff seemef clueless when asked when breakfast would be. I talked to three different people about breakfast. I was promised a refund but the owner didn’t honor what her staff said would happen. Went to the Palm next door and had a great experience.

When I get there. Could not find my reservation. I have to wait a long time. Still did not find it. Finally let me stay in but still could not confirm my reservation. Very disappointed experience.

Everything was exceptional except for the price of food and drink. Very overpriced compared to other local restaurant's and hotels in the area.

Very close to the airport, supermarket, hardware stores etc...Even though we made our reservations in advance they did not know we were coming and gave us a room that had not been recently cleaned.
All around good place to stay for your money. Clean pool, some rooms outdated, limited A/C 4pm - 7am, no wifi in the room, limited menu at restaurant and pricey.

Staff we're very helpful. Once I needed a translator for a clinic last week Ronald stepped up to do it. He did an amazing job had a calming spirit and was very kind and respectful. Overall good stay. They have best coffee. One thing I would add is a coffee maker in rooms or at least small portable ones guest can have available in room for trip.

My experience was ok. The food was awesome, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I hate the fact that they shut off the AC in the morning until 0400pm. Plus you have to pay to have your guest to sleep over or to use the pool.

A/c is cut off doing the day can be very hot overall I'll stay again. Very open space I enjoyed the surrounding fool could be better.

We stay here often. Great family place, with clean pool. All the staff are friendly and attentive. The owners are also helpful when they are around. The restaurant staff are friendly attentive, and the food is excellent.
Out last stay though a random guy with a back pack knocked on our door asking if we needed our room cleaned. Maybe he was part of the staff, but we did not see any cleaning women around at the time, and it just seemed a little strange. Other than that we have always had a nice experience there.
