The best thing about this hotel is the service. All of the staff were amazing and accommodating. The only things I had a problem with were with the bathroom and the air con. Not sure if it was just my room but the water in the shower and sink drained a bit on the slower side, which forced me to lower the water pressure. The air con just felt okay during my stay, not as cool as I would've liked (using the lowest allowable temperature setting).

Reception staff welcoming , lovely hotel , great breakfasts and great rooftop with views and in evenings there was live music. Good food. Great location for hustle and bustle of shops , ATMs and people and there’s a 24 hr 7-11 shop outside too. Will stay again if I return.

It isn’t the Fairmont or Grand Hyatt. It’s missing that final touch of luxury.
But compared to value/price nothing even come close of all the hotels I’ve tried in Manila.
They deserve the rating 100%

My always go to hotel in makati, when I’m there for business. The hospitality and the solid facilities is everything. They always go above and beyond to make sure my stay is comfortable. Lovely rooftop with a nice pool. Such a great vibe.

I love this hotel. The service was top notch. Darius and Coleen were professionals and courteous. They checked us in when we arrived early with a room upgrade. The room was very comfortable and clean with all the amenities. The area is very busy with restaurants, bars and convenient stores.

The hotel situated in the heart of Makati with the best amenities at the rooftop with open resto bar with live band, very clean and safe. The staff are generous, helpful, and always greeted you with the big smile on their face. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

My husband and I really enjoy our stay. We had massages done also and our masseuse was so kind. She saw we were sick and coughing and she was constantly ask us if we needed water or tissues etc. love her! Room that we got was a corner king bed room and omygosh the view is spectacular! The rooms is cleaned everyday and amenities is refilled all the time. Water is very nice and strong. Rooftop Pool is nice and cool with a nice hot jacuzzi. Highly recommended!!

Always stays in this hotel every time we are in the area because of the convenience, comfort and the nicest staffs.
This stay, we ended up checking in late and requested a late check out upon seeing that they have a a lot of available rooms even if we have to pay extra but to no avail. The receptionist that we talked to wouldn’t even check and just said no unlike the other receptionist that was on duty there before that would go above and beyond for your request specially if rooms are available.

Our family’s go to hotel whenever when we are in the area because of how convenient it is. Rooms are always clean, comfortable bed, staffs are amazing, they always go above and beyond to make sure you have a great time during your stay.
Only disappointed when we requested for a late check out even if we have to pay the difference, as our flight was kinda late, they wouldn’t let us saying that they are fully booked but all booking websites says otherwise.
Overall stay is good and will be coming back with the family again.

This is at best a three star hotel. Smell of cigarettes near elevators and lobby even on a non smoking floor. Bare walls of the room, poor bathroom amenities. Overall, a dissappointment.

The rooms are fantastic and very large, the outdoor pool on the 32nd floor was beautiful, and we loved how polite and helpful the staff were! They even ordered us Grabs (Philippines' version of Uber/Lift) and made sure our stuff was loaded properly and well taken care of! I loved our stay here and wished we booked this hotel the whole time we were in Manila. We will go back to this hotel in the future!

A SNAFU on the hotels part made for no airport pickup, but the room was excellent as was the Italian food from the rooftop restaurant while the staff were helpful and remembered our breakfast drink preferences on the second day. The room next to us was very deeply cleaned during the day while we were out

Nice hotel, area around hotel was super noisy - bands/music playing late into the night. Constant traffic noise, dirty and lots of street hustlers.

We stayed for a few nights and it was okay. The corner was a busy area with people walking from everywhere and cars passing by all the time. The street going to the nearest mall is quiet and less traffic, so it was better. You have to take a taxi, however, if you want to go to the other malls.
The rainy weather made it a little difficult with all the commute, because even a short distance took some time.
By the way, the rooftop restobars seem to be thing in that area. We love CGGH’s Firefly!

The corridors are too dimmed, I think. Some like it like that, for sure, but not me.
