Workers were fantastic.

The team there was very professional and catered to all my needs. I felt safe and room service was prompt. The rooms were very spacious and clean. I would certainly stay there again.

The staff and the restaurant people are amazing. They only thing they need to be better is with house keeping. One day you get 2 towels next day you get just one, 1 day a bother if water next day 2. But I Do recommend.

The room was gorgeous. Beautiful sightseeing of the city. This was a perfect place for rest in family. Great area close to.restaurants an malls.

The bar was always empty with no vibe at all. The one and only restaurant felt like an airport lounge. The entrance and lobby did not feel like a W should. Gym and jacuzzi was good though.

Great place to stay. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The room was clean and spacious, with great views of the city and mountains. There’s a park close by and with so many eating options. I’d definitely recommend this property. If you’re considering this place, just choose it.

I stayed at the w because I got surgery. Everything in the room didn’t work or wasn’t working. I had to get maintenance to come to organise everything. I found that the housekeepers would come in too much I didn’t need my room to be cleaned 2-3xs a day I just wanted to relax. Bar was never stocked. I would never come back here again. The bartenders were really nice but that was the only thing that made the trip worth while.

I stayed here for 18 days, great area, most of the staff are polite but however the cleaning lady stole money out of my partner's wallet that was inside of a handbag. My sense of security was gone and the management team and acted like I was an annoyance after this happened. I could never get a hold of someone in management and I had to hassle the front desk daily to call the manager so they could give me the incident report. It took 7 days to finally recieve it. For the most part, the hotel was good except the amenities are basic, and the management team needs revision. Everyone else who worked there (besides the theiving cleaners) was honeslty very polite. So while I did give them a 1 Star review due to management and how they handled my situation with the most lousy compensation and treatment, I have to give 5 star to the rest of the front desk staff and restaurant staff as they where very friendly.
