Nice room ! Extra cost if you need more towels, looks like swimming pool is open to public, not only for register guests,

Average. I stayed here because my brother lives so close from the hotel. The hotel also is close to Shopwise, fastfood chains, and all. Convenient.

Very nice and clean. Not the best area, but certainly not the worst.

The Jade is 0nly 10 years old and is in great shape and has a pleasant atmosphere and has a nice friendly staff at your service 24/7. We ended up staying 4 days and will be back one day.

Toilet plugged up, hot water wasn't hot, elevator broke..had to take stairs twice. They ask 2000p...40.00us security deposit to cover the water bottles in the frig.

There were cockroaches in the room I was originally given, as well as in the two replacement rooms to which I was moved after complaining about the cockroaches. The staff were very accommodating. Breakfast was poor.

I have stayed here many times before in the past and had no problems but this time around there are so many bugs roaches and others can see the room needs to be cleaned better and maybe need to be repainted the shower has no water preasure the staff was great good breakfast all the employees were all good but the hotel needs a touch up,its not an ideal for a family to stay there not like in the past until the hotel gets a touch up and sprayed for bugs i won't stay again.i wish i would have taken photos.

The room is outdated. There were ants in the sink because of some left over foods that were not cleaned or removed. There were hairs all over the floor. The AC was quite noisy but it cooled the room. The buffet breakfast was alright. Will not stay here again.

It was close to alot of places to see. The staff was nice , but we had a mouse in our room

The hotel did not return the deposit to my wife. Claimed this was due to an early check in. Nothing was said about this at the time of check-in. I caution people not pay the deposit in cash so that the nefarious staff are tempted to steal it.

This hotel is in the hub of Makita. You will need to take a cab but the fares are cheap.

The breakfast is not that good. I stayed there for 3 days and they served almost the same menu.. I wish to see vege, fruits and chicken nxt time I check in .

We had no email back on extra bedding suffices so we had to chase up on arrival to do d out extra beds are available at 1000 extra a night. Should have been upfront on it.
Our room was next to the bar... boom boom boom til 10pm... not a biggie but young children don't need that. Overall it was fine to stay at

My daughter was able to enjoy the pool. The lights were nice at night. The room is small yet very nice and the service was really good. Very friendly staffs. The only problem is the wifi connection which super slow .

Hotel is good for a short stay, say, a day before you catch your flight. Location is far from nowhere, means, trasport doesn't come easy.
