Great place , quiet.

The beds were terribly uncomfortable. The property was clean and the staff was decent. I felt the price did not match the quality. I don’t think I would stay here again for what I paid.

Staff was absolutely perfect, the room was quiet and very clean, bed was great, slept really well. Area felt safe. It was just what i needed. Lots of hot water, can not understate that. We will stay there again

The room was super dark with 2 lights burnt out. It was on the first floor so it was more dark than usual. The kitchenette had no supplies of anything like cups or glass. The carpet was so dirty that all our feet was black. Make sure to keep your shoes on at all times. The microwave was so dirty covered with food particles. The pet fee was charged more than whats on the website.

We stayed here to visit Lake Coeur d’Alene. The check in was very slow. The room 104 appeared clean but smelled like vomit when we entered. My husband liked the recliner.

I was there visiting. It was nice. Although they are a little misleading. They talk about ordering some breakfast items and then after the fact they charge you $7.49.

The room that was given to me Smell like vomit I was switch to a second room on the third floor, which the window did not open because it was broken. The draw was completely broken unusable, I spoke with the front desk person. He was really no help. All he said is I switched your room I am sorry there’s nothing I can do about it. Didn’t even want to give me a discount. I will never stay at this hotel again. It looks like they are privately owned, they do not care about their customers. They care about booking their rooms and making money. I will not recommend this place to anybody.

We checked and noticed we didn’t have a shower curtain or extra towels or soap then we went and asked for it and they said that they wouldn’t put it up for us. We had to do it ourselves. They also didn’t come and clean our room. There was no breakfast included if you wanted it, you had to pay and had it delivered to your room, overall the service was not great but not recommend this hotel

I needed a cheap, safe, clean place to stay for a night and this place ticked most of those boxes. Booking and check-in/out were pretty easy and straight forward. I do feel like their prices are a little high considering the quality of my stay (like it was about 25-35 bucks cheaper I'd feel better about it). The staff at the front desk were pleasant. The room felt clean for the most part and you could tell it's a newer building. One of the smoke detectors in the hallway outside my room had a dying battery that chirped every 15 minutes or so. Even after mentioning it to staff it continued to do so, even after waking up the next morning. Thankfully, I was able to sleep through it, but that was enough to not make me want to stay again. When it came to cleanliness everything seemed clean-with two exceptions: the toilet had been cleaned, but whoever is cleaning it needs a new brush or to learn to scrub around the very bottom...it had a brown buildup that you get from just not getting to that part of the toilet, and the top/decorative brown blanket wasn't doing anyone any favors-it had a lot of fuzz knots and just didn't look clean/useable (like it not being there would have been better in my opinion). I saw it mentioned in a few other reviews, but yeah-their wifi is either non-existent or hard to access. The instructions on the corkboard in the room do not work and there is a password that is needed that is not communicated to guests upon check-in.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The building is older, but generally in good shape. Our room had a broken drawer and the side table was dirty.

Asked the staff to fix the beeping smoke alarm outside of our room when we checked in… they never did and it has beeped all night needing a new battery. Room is clean.

Excellent property- full fridge and very clean.

Our room was not very clean. There were lots of dirty smudges through the room. The room had an odd smell. Parking was limited. The dryer in the laundry room did not dry my clothes at all even though it was set to the hottest setting. The area was quiet and close the freeway. I wouldn’t stay here again.

For a single night just to sleep, perfect spot. And good for the price! Walmart was super close, it was more private to the side, room was very very good, clean and easy. No breafast or pool, so to just sleep ans take off, good spot

Where to begin... the gal at the front desk seemed completely overwhelmed with a moderate workload we have the pack of diapers that were finished and was obviously still in training but with no one there in person to train her. She was on the phone several times to the owner/manager. One of two key cards was misprogrammed and had to be replaced. The toilet tank was open and toilet flushing mechanism was missing and the toilet was running continually. The refrigerator was full of somebody else's day-old fast food and empty beer carton. To his credit, the owner/manager immediately repaired the toilet but it had problems later in the evening which required it to be monkeyed around with before it started working again. The public trash cans everywhere in the property were overflowing the first night including in the hallways and in front of the lobby. They were empty by the following morning. I got the overall impression that this property was severely under maintained and was being run as if standards of expectation meant absolutely nothing. We thought we were safe because it was a chain, but the low price was a tell that we should have picked up on.

The only con was there was nowhere to park and not a place to go to get breakfast, you have to get it ordered to your room (which is cool) but it costs money. Overall I'd say book it though, worth it. Being your own pots, pans and utensils.

We stayed in a 2 queen bed room. The room was big but it look like there was blood on the ceiling by the fridge. When checking in was never asked if we wanted breakfast delivered to our room in the morning and when I plugged a cord into a socket on the wall next the the fridge I was electrocuted. I was not impressed and that goodness wasn’t hurt on my fam vacation in front of the kids as I threw the item.

A little busy out in the parking lot (Spanish music playing-bbq with a group of construction workers?)

Overall the unit was clean (although one thing had gotten missed, but no big deal). It was mostly quiet, and the staff was, while some not very friendly, took care of my needs.

**( TRUCK WAS DAMAGED AND BIKES STOLEN FROM PARKING LOT)** Well first of all when I got there the lady was nice and got me assigned to my room I booked, when I got up to my room there where towels on the floor bed un made and piss on the toilet seat. Went back down to the lady and showed her photos of the room, then she put me in one facing the back on the main floor. This in was cleaner but it had cuts on the screen lock was broken. This will be the last time I come back to this hotel.

Our room was clean and sufficient for the price point. The kitchenette was nice. We loved the full size fridge. There was nothing in the kitchenette like pans, dishes, utensils, etc. nothing!! If you plan on cooking or eating in the room bring your own pans, utensils and dishes.

Just checked in so haven’t experienced a lot. However, check in was smooth so that was good. Room is clean and people are very accommodating.

They were up charging someone every time I walked past the front desk.

The front desk was very nice even though they were new on the job and made some mistakes checking us in. One of the cards to our room never did work even though we went back to reprogram it. The room was ok, a hair in the shower, a light bulb burnt out, thick dust on light fixtures and in corners. But the high touch areas seemed clean. The bed was comfortable and ac worked. It was a very cheap price so we weren't expecting luxury conditions.
