This hotel is clean, bright, and has lots of amenities. I appreciated the wide selection of food and drink options to purchase. We arrived very late and spent just one night as part of a longer road trip, but the room was perfect - the amount of hooks and surfaces to place your things was so great!

The room was great but the amount of Febreze was overwhelming and made allergies bad.

Our greeting started prior to arrival, with a welcome text offering to help make our upcoming stay comfortable. So kind! The staff welcomed us warmly and helpfully. Our room was very clean and bright with a lovely view of a park. The beds are comfy with 3 pillow choices. Our stay included a variety of breakfast options and LaVazza coffee. The hotel is easy to reach from the I-90 freeway.

I’ve never had any issues at a Hilton, but for some reason our room was unusually noisy. It sounded like someone was stomping around in the room above us until about 10pm , then again for a while at 4am, and then again from about 6a until we checked out at 9:30. When the noise was present , it was loud and constant, didn’t just come and go. Weird . Maybe it was a ghost .

Our family really enjoyed our stay at TRU by Hilton Spokane Valley. Room and hotel was clean and quiet. No harsh smells. Breakfast was good and constantly restocked. Gorgeous park across the street. They also had games and a pool table in Lobby which I thought was a nice touch. We didn't utilize them as we stayed to go to silverwood theme park. I wish this hotel was closer to silverwood.

Was short, expensive, and even thought check in was 4pm
our rooms were not ready till after 5 pm. thus making us late for an a dinner event with family. breakfast was a wait and see if they were going to refill the tiny hot contain with eggs. there is no daily house keeping. pool was not open till 9am a little late for a morning swim.

We had a great time. The hotel is new and clean. There is a play area, gym, indoor pool, complimentary breakfast. Close to Spokane Valley Mall and restaurants. Staff was friendly and there is easy and free parking. We would definitely stay here again.

Room was updated and clean. This area has a lot of new builds. There is a train track close to the hotel. They kindly offer ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Did not bother me once asleep.

Everything was great overall, the staff was friendly and polite, the breakfast was good. It’s location is great and safe, however you can hear every move of the person above you, so if you have light sleepers I wouldn’t do it. You can hear people above our unit walking even during the night and that’s quiet the disturbance.

I liked it because it was close by the freeway and surrounded by restaurants. It was a very new facility and very clean. However, the room was small with a very strong AC unit. The fan was too strong and noise. I couldn't sleep until I turned the whole unit off. It was near a railroad and I woke up several times by the train when they blew their horns.

Tru is one of my favorite hotels. They have a pool table, games, TV and giant connect four that the kids love! Their coffee is very good and always available. Their rooms are clean and comfortable. Their showers have great water pressure. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

The hotel was very clean and looked quite new with lots of techy hookups. The staff was superb, as was their breakfast. The pool was a little cold, and the hot tub is small.
