I've stayed here in the past and have found it to be good. The fridge in the room wasn't working and leaking water. Bed was comfortable.

The female who checked me in was awesome and very accomodating. The wing I stayed in was suppose to be the new wing but it didn't look at all like that. The room was musty and the shower head had only one strength for the water flow - strong. The lightening in room was dim as there was no overhead fixture just lamps at the four corners. I didn't really enjoy my experience with my family and wouldn't stay here again. The only good thing was that the parking was free and had a good complimentary breakfast. Also to get from my wing to the front desk is a maze unless you stayed at property before.

We love staying here. The rooms are large and very clean, and they always accommodate our dogs. We appreciate having a great hotel like this as our go-to.

Nice convention center-type place with in-house restaurant (complimentary breakfast is the real thing!), friendly staff, easy parking, and the feel of a high-end facility (fluffy robe and locking safe in the closet). It was surprising to me then that there were zero USB charging ports in the room. A couple outlet extenders with USB ports would be a relatively inexpensive and simple update. This is not a deal breaker -- just surprising. I would definitely recommend.

The room was very nice, big and clean. The staff was great….Rhonda at the front desk was very accomodating, and the wait staff and food at the MAX restaurant was amazing. The breakfast buffet was very good, and tasty. We had a great time, and will come back to stay at the Mirabeau Park Hotel!

The hotel and our room was great. But we were charged an initial refundable $75. Twice. And we only were refunded our account once. You still our us $75!

The hotel was great, customer service at the front desk was not the best. The person at the front dest was short and curt when talking to us. He was training, you would think he woud do a better job making the customer fell welcomed. To me customer service is one of the most important job of the front desk when checking to a hotel.

The property is well located, easy access to the Interstate. Everything is clean and well maintained. The restaurant is upscale, I didn't eat there. Almost all the hotels or motels I've stayed at make it easy to get coffee in the lobby. At this place you could pay the front desk 3 dollars and get it from a machine. I was up before the restaurant opened, so I don't know how hard or costly it would be to get coffee there. The Chevron next door has lots of coffee , quick and it only costs 2 dollars.

We booked this hotel based on the good reviews, and they weren't wrong. Great place to unpack and unwind. Room was spotless and comfortable. Area is very quiet. Pool was clean and beautiful and the garden area is beautiful.
Breakfast was wonderful with quite a few choices. The dining room is very nice with plenty of seating and clean tables. Wait staff were pleasant and helpful.
Check in and out was easy and everyone was so nice.

Our room smelled like smoke. We told the front desk because we didn’t want to be charged because it’s no smoking. They acted like we were just trying to get an upgrade. They sent a housekeeper to our room to “spray.” She immediately informed us that the room does not smell like smoke. She used a spray bottle to spray the floor and curtains, so then the carpet was wet (yuck). The breakfast buffet was beautiful, but all of the food was cold, even the fresh eggs they put out. Convenient location near lots of dining options.

It was amazing that the freeway is just next door and you can't hear anything. Everything seemed very clean and the beds were very comfortable

Liked that the room had a nice size fridge and kitchen amenities. Good breakfast buffet. The property was well maintained but tired and in need of a refresh. The room could’ve used a good scrubbing and the blanket on the bed needed laundering. Would I stay here again? Yes.

Older property but very well maintained and upgraded, staff was great as was the on site Restuarant.

The rooms were nice and the courtyard is beautiful. They had a morning breakfast buffet that was okay, although they stopped restocking it well before it ends at 9:00am so get there early. My biggest criticism is that we stayed for 3 nights and did not receive any housekeeping services. I don’t expect beds to be made for us or anything, but by the time we left we had an embarrassing amount of takeout containers and a pile of towels in the room. The stay is too expensive to not receive basic services.

We stayed here twice during our road trip and thought it was great. Easily accessible, huge rooms, generally clean, and just a great place for a quick stop. The property is quite big, we stayed in building 4 with the elevator and it was perfect for us. I will say the property does feel a bit dated but that isn’t the end of the world. Great value and would definitely stay here again!

I liked that this Hotel was pretty quiet even though it's next to busy traffic. I also like the fact that it's pretty safe as well and the grounds are pretty good as well and there's plenty of parking for everyone and I've stayed here many times and I'll be back again in the future.

The property was clean and well taken care of. Rooms were very clean, AC worked fantastic! Shower was great, it had the most water pressure I have ever experienced at a Hotel. Bed was extremely comfortable and breakfast was delicious with a quality stocked breakfast buffet. Pool area was also well taken care off. Only complaint we can mention was the age of building had a older smell to it but that's a minor issue. Great value for an extremely well kept hotel.
