Location is perfect for walking to Cavill Ave or catching the light rail and the reception wss friendly and helpful. However, the property is dated and could do with an uplift, but the cost probably reflects this. Overall a great place for a short stay.

This place is in a brilliant location: across the road from the beach and a couple of blocks north from Cavill Ave and central Surfers. It was clean and good value. It is a bit dated but the kitchen and apartment had everything I needed.
My only complaint would be that the shower never got hot, and sometimes was only just warm.

The view is simply amazing from the 7th floor. The unit is dated with a very small bathroom but clean except the kitchen utensils which had to be cleaned when I arrived.

We booked a 1 bedroom ocean view apartment for elderly parents. The check in process was easy and the staff assisted us with access to parking.
The view in the room was phenomenal (level 5).
The parents enjoyed having cups of coffee and lunch on the balcony enjoying the panoramic view of the beach directly across the street and listening to the crashing waves.
As elderly guests, the only thing that was a challenge for them was the steps at the front of the building (approx 12-15) which was a little much for them, although there is a banister in the middle. We weren't aware of this when we booked. It wouldn't be an issue for most people though.

Great location, near all the surfers shops and right across the road from the beach. Parking was included, although some of te spots are a little narrow. The room had a balcony overlooking the beach, basically a 1 bedroom apartment with kitchen and laundry (shower only, no bath). The condition is a little tired, but no problems. It is self contained, not serviced, so if you want your bed made and clean towels everyday, might not be for you. If you prefer to not have cleaners in your room every day, and the ability to cook your own food, then it is a decent place.

Everything was amazing except for the well worn in mattress that we both felt like we were sleeping on a lean all night, room 26.. the dining chairs also too work in dipping in them.. managing view and very clean, friendly reception :)

The ocean view was amazing from the fifth floor. The apartment is very dated but everything worked. Great location close to everything.

The view was amazing!!! The apartment is very comfortable and the furniture is good. Bathroom and kitchen need to be upgraded. The kitchen tap is broken and the handwash doesn't drain. We have to fix it but it needs a proper plumber The shower needs a deep cleaning, it was very dirty and the shower door was greasy and horribly dirty.

The location of this property is so great, right across the road from the beach, with great views, and a very short walk to restaurants and shops. The kitchen and bathroom are a bit dated but perfectly functional. Shower pressure was great. The apartment has air conditioning, and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need. We did not cook there but it has an oven. Good to have a washing machine and dryer too. We would definitely stay there again.

Location great. Management very helpful. Rooms need renovation though. Many lights didn’t work. Bathroom needed a good scrub. Toilet has to be flushed several times. Bed too soft.
