This hotel was beautiful and had everything I needed for my stay. Fast wifi for work, very quiet at night, a bar with plenty of seating in the main area, and a wonderful breakfast. The staff really went above any beyond for me. They mailed something for me, answered every question I had, pointed me towards the nearest pharmacy but suggest one slightly further for better options and prices. The room was the perfect size for 2, and I had everything I needed. I will absolutely stay again!

Lost my cell phone at the hotel and the staff was utterly helpful in finding it after my departure. A big thank you to Uma Latova for all her help .

Room was quiet and clean, all good there. But the cleaning-personell should know if a guest has already checked out and not knock loudly on the door, open and enter the room before checkout time. Got woken up in a very ungentle way. Not professional.

Best value hotel on my trip by a mile. Modern, clean it could have been double the price or more. Staff excellent. A bit off position what you want from Vienna, but great for those using interrail and metro. Superb hotel though.

Check in was the most efficient out of the 6 properties I stayed in during this trip. The internet connection was excellent and I had everything I needed. Would stay again without hesitation.

Convenient located hotel across from Vienna’s main train station. Modern design basic room which is perfect if you are arriving or leaving from the train station.

The teacher who may lead a field trip students knocked my door and I woke up. Hotel should have assigned me at the different floor with the students. I cannot keep the bath room door open. I needed more moisture. Room and the reception staffs are great.

The property is near the train station and public transport. The room was in a good condition and very clean. Breakfast has lots of options but because it is a big hotel and breakfast area is not that big, it was a little bit crowded. We are able to left our luggage after check out. I recommend the property.

They gave me my room before the check-in process, and I didn't have to pay for it. The room is very nice, and the people are friendly. I would back and I recommend it.

Modern hotel across the street from the train station. Safe area. No refrigerator, kettle, safe in room. Did not try breakfast. Adequate room if you want to be near station. Half hour walk from city center.

Wrong prices were asked at check-in. They have corrected it after I've shown the booking confirmation. House keeping never came despite asking for it. Poor service.

Booked this hotel because I have a health condition that makes me sweat profusely, so climate control (AC) is a MUST. The first room they put me in was 87 degrees! The second room 78! I was told they just shut off the AC because it would be getting cooler the following week. Duvet was dirty, hair dryer didn’t work. Absolutely insane for a hotel with a 4.7 star rating.

when I arrived to check in I was informed there was not a reservation in my name. I was told the hotel was booked for the night. The clerk offered to find me a room but not at central station. Because of my schedule I needed to be at the station. I ended up at Hotel Leopold for 200 euros. The confirmation of my reservation was not available when I arrived because my phone was not updating.

Very small room. Staff are hurried and robotic. No drinks provided and no bar fridge. The bathroom is unventilated and impossible to apply makeup as too steamed up. Probably, the worst of Motel One chain

It's conveniently located right next to Vienna Central Station and the bus terminal, and the price is good, but there are no slippers or a kettle, and only minimal amenities, so I wouldn't want to stay there for multiple nights.

The rooms and service were very bare bones. The rooms didn’t have basic amenities likes ac, phones, cups etc. We asked for a kettle and they didn’t have that too. Rooms were very small and we had to open the window all night (in March) to keep the temperature ok, which meant noise and morning light

It was nice. Good place to stay if you want to be near the Hauptbahnhof. Room was a bit small for more than one person, but it was set up for one person, so it was fine.

Fantastic hotel for convenience and price. I chose it due to proximity to the station for an early morning train, and a v reasonable cost. I was delighted by how comfortable it was, wonderful bed and linens, lovely bathroom with great shower, huge window where I could train-watch. Checkin and out super efficient. The only thing I'd have loved would've been a coffee machine, but at this price point you can't have everything I suppose. Would 100% stay here again, surpassed my expectations.

This hotel is very convenience to the Vienna Central Station. If you’re taking a lot of day trips, it would be perfect. I only stayed here for one night on the last leg of my trip. The hotel has everything you need and is priced great, but I’d recommend staying in a more upscale hotel in the central part of Vienna to get a better experience.
