The hotel is located within walking distance to old town and to the modern shopping area. New hotel and the rooms is very nice, modern and spacious. Dining option is good with rooftop and dining at the restaurant near the lobby. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Airport transport, day trips and taxi is very organized by the hotel. Highly recommend the hotel.

The location of the hotel is close to the old town and has a central location. It’s clean and the staff are friendly. The facilities needs improvement and dining area needs an upgrade and more space as it can get crowded during breakfast.

Shower drain clogged. It took them 2 days to resolve (after I complained multiple times). Staff entering without permission while we are in the room. Unfriendly receptionist. Overall terrible experience. I would certainly not recommend it.

Dont ask for business class rooms no difference avoid room 712 its next to the sky lounge. Door is slamming constantly until 12pm

A very modern and comfortable hotel with a brilliant roof terrace cocktail bar! 15min walk from the old town and a perfect base for exploring this amazing city. Highly recommend.

Everything was great except for the fact that the first floor is a smoking floor which is disgusting. As in, people can smoke in their rooms on that whole floor. The floor itself didn’t smell good but the rooms were thankfully better. Still, the thought that that’s still a thing is mind blowing.

Clean, comfortable, spacious room. Loved the quality of the toiletries provided. Shower was good pressure and plenty of hot water. Complimentary bottled water, tea & coffee was provided. Wi-Fi throughout the hotel was good.
A special mention to a member of the breakfast staff, Sameira. Such a lovely, helpful lady. She has a ‘significant’ birthday in Oct’23 so if you’ll be a guest there then, please wish her ‘happy birthday’!

Hotel was nice and clean, centrally located, clise to city center and old town. Staff was super nice and friendly. Nadia at the bar was one of the best servers I've met in a long long time. Will go back without a doubt.
