Well the place is beautiful. The check in process is way, way too complicated. So many emails and open this link and open that link. Get there and have to unload then go all the way up to the room to get a parking pass to have go to the fifth floor of a parking garage. Then have to take your own trash out. Honestly, just a regular hotel is so much more convenient.

Overall the condo was very well maintained, very beautifully decorated… but to the detriment of comfort in some areas. The couch was very uncomfortable. You couldn’t see the TV from the couch so watching a movie in the evening was out of the question. The queen bedroom spa tub was not really clean and some of the jets didn’t work so it wasn’t worth using. The beds were not very comfortable. I especially took exception to the fact that there is a WINDOW in the master bathroom that looks out into the living room. So, I had to prop something up in the window to block it when taking a shower for privacy. It would be very easy for the owners to add a curtain or blind here. The Patio furniture on one side of the condo was pretty comfortable. Overall it was a nice place but I wouldn’t stay there if you plan on being in the property much. We were there for a festival so our time in the condo was very minimal. It was a nice touch that the property had some snacks and an ice machine. Overall, it just seemed like there was an issue of fashion over function.

Perfect location for us. Amazing water view with the battleship in the background. The door has a hole drilled through it above the handle so anyone could see into the condo, so that should be filled. Otherwise a perfect place. I would stay here again.

The area was great, alot to do, walking distant to almost everything , food entertainment. The only issure they didnt have handicapped parking.

Started off Expedia so read everything it was additional sales tax and security deposit would not have been bad except the attitude of the property owner or manager. View great location great . Just note there is only 1 spoon no paper towels no oven strange two burner stove top so cooking is limited ice trays in freezer one small dish towel. Other than the kitchen the unit was fine

Great location! Walkable to bars and restaurants. Perfect for a weekend getaway for a couple. Couch, not made for sitting, makes into an additional bed, however not room for 4 people. Internet was very spotty, comes and goes.

Expedia booking price did not match the final price I was charged. Some type of glitch. Property unable to resolve, some issue with Expedia. I would avoid Expedia. If you must book at this property, do not do it through Expedia or expect to pay more. Frustrating and not worth the headache. Issue may be that they collected and kept additional taxes on the deposit. Unfortunately nobody can figure out how to resolve this. Ridiculous. Minus the wrong price, if you don’t mind paying extra, this place is just fine if you follow all of the many many rules.

The condo was great. The only issue was there is only one spot to load & unload your car. There were 3 cars waiting at one time. Also there are no carts to bring your belongings into the building. I read a lot of complaints about the codes for the doors but I didn’t have any issue. I would definitely stay here again. I would recommend packing light so unloading isn’t an issue.

This property was difficult to get timely communication. Thay required a driver's license for all occupants but did not provide a platform to send pictures. I ended up making the decision to not attempt to check in and waist a long drive and not be able to stay. This was my 1st year anniversary trip and it was ruined.

This is the 2nd time we stayed in this unit. The 1st time was perfect, but this time, there was popcorn all over the living room floor, the bathrooms were not very clean & the furniture throughout the unit was very dusty. It appears no one has stayed in this unit for quite a while. The 6 remote controls in living room also is confusing & frustrating. Internet was good. For the cost of this unit & the cleaning fees, we expected a much cleaner unit. Also, the hot water needs to be turned up. The water was not hot. Parking is almost 2 blocks away but we walked everywhere.Location is fantastic and so is the view from the balconies.

This condo is directly across from the USS North Carolina battleship and the view from the balcony is wonderful. It is very conveniently located in downtown Wilmington. There is a wide array of great dining options, all walkable, a beautiful waterfront, easy access to parking and awesome communication from the owner. My stay was on Friday night and there was a considerable amount of noise (sirens, noisy neighbors and people yelling on the streets) that I did not expect. I would like to see the front door better secured (the traditional handle and lock do nothing so the door seems flimsy when closed (can still see daylight through a closed door).

The look on the door is very frustrating. We tried to follow instructions but it was very finicky. The proximity to the Ironman race and restaurants was fanstastic. The kitchen is very small if you plan on cooking in it. The place needs some minor TLC that would go a long way.

So I’m rating this condo 5 stars because it is so clean, so luxurious and has an outstanding view! It really makes you feel as if you’re staying in the penthouse suite of a celebrity! I normally might have taken one star away because it doesn’t have onsite parking but everything else makes up for that inconvenience. If you’re visiting Wilmington to walk around the town you can park your car in the garage and forget about it. Everything is in walking distance.

Nice location with close access to downtown willmington. Nice view of Battleship from balcony. Instructions for entry and rules were excessive. Many emails and text messages to go through. Lots of scrolling to find entry codes for multiple doors. Parking was included but not at the property event thought it seemed that way from the description. So 15min unloading time or else get towed and then drive to parking garage which was confusing and stressful because of how busy downtown is in the evening. There was no dishwasher, and virtually no place to wash and dry dishes other than on the stove. Overall it was an okay stay but not very relaxing due to complexity of entry and parking. Wouldn’t go there again. Also downtown Willmington is a bit crazy on a Friday night, unless you want to be in the thick of things as far as drunk and loud is concerned this is not a fun place. Sunday morning on the other hand was very pleasant to be there.

When I arrived to the property, I was told that the room was double booked and that the other party had already checked in. Wasn't offered another room. Very disappointing as I was there to photograph an event that was close by.

Although convenient to restaurants and shopping, the property itself is sub par. The condo is in dire need of updating. Upon arrival, we we told we would have 30 minutes to unload. After 29 minutes we were tagged with a $40 parking ticket. 15 minutes is not enough time to unlock access to the lobby, the actual unit, drop off bags and text family we arrived safely. Not to mention the parking garage is quite a walking jaunt to the condo especially when handicapped. Very inconvenient. For future advice to potential renters, stay in a hotel.

The location is very nice, as well as the hotel. It would help if they would pay more attention to cleaning it. There was food in the kitchen sink strainer. Hair on the floor bathroom. The kitchen table was dirty and needs to be replaced. It needed a good dusting all over. The door lock was tricky and sometimes did not want to work. The terrace was dirty and chair pads on rocking chair are very old and worn out. When I called with questions the gentlemen would not answer promptly and seem rude. The brochure says there is a Keurig coffee maker and pods. They had a regular coffee maker no coffee. There was a roll of paper towels but only had three or four paper towels. They need to hire a cleaning crew who pays more attention to detail.

It was a nice room with an awesome view. However there was a lot of dust on the base boards and kitchen and bathroom backsplash’s. The couch smelled very strongly of cigarettes. Besides that, it had all we needed for one nights stay.

Loved the location directly across the Battleship. Balcony had great sunsets & enjoyed sitting out, though one chair was broken as was the wooden strip inside balcony door. Unit furniture needs updated especially the cheaply made coffee table.Bed was especially comfortable.Liked that we could walk to everything. Didn't like having to wait an hour before check in to get both codes to get in. I've always had that info before any places I've ever stayed.

Property is best suited for early 30’s folks. Old folks wouldn’t be too happy with the parking. Don’t wear white socks, they won’t stay white with the floors. At first glance all looks good, but lots of wear and tear.

We were given a completely different room than we had booked, so in good fait to the review process I cannot give this property anything but poor marks.
Having been a super host for more than 3 years on another booking agency, I know the tricks people/businesses use to meet maximum occupancy. The ol switch rooms is one and believe this was the case. I was given the reasoning that both groups booked at the same time, which I find suspect and to not have any communication for the room switch is also not great business practice.

When we arrived the door code did not work. My wife and I had to wait in the hallway with all our luggage to get the owner on the phone. He had not updated the code from the last visitors. The bed appeared clean but we went through multiple dirty cups before we found. Lean ones we could use. The I noticed the owner charged my card an extra $100!! When I called about this he said it was a security deposit- which was not in the agreed upon deal. On top of that, over a week later I still have not had this extra money returned to my card.
Parking is not on site, it is in a garage about 7minute walk away- this was not communicated ahead of time, so any time we wanted to put something in our car or drive somewhere we had a fairly lengthy walk.
Overall incredibly disappointed. Will not stay here again.

Great location & beautiful view but kitchen had a strong odor of old food, couch was filthy, a dirty hand towel was on the floor of the balcony & bathroom towels had an old musty smell. Shower doors were very leaky (water all over the floor) the fan in the living room/kitchen didn't work & TV in bedroom also wasn't working. They did communicate well, overly so if anything except with charges - we booked at a specific price & then a week or 2 later, but before the stay, I was charged an additional $50 cleaning fee (extra annoying for how dirty some aspects of the place were). I would have just booked at a regular hotel for that price, which would have been much less complicated getting in/out of the space. The parking is 3 blocks away, not 1 & you have to return the parking pass to the room, which is a pain. A drop box in a mail slot would make much more sense.

My favorite thing about the room was the view of the USS North Carolina. The thing I disliked the most was having to park so far away from our room. The room needs a little TLC some of the lights were out and the carpet needs a shampooing. Other than that my Mom and I really enjoyed our stay.

The property was in the perfect location. It was clean, well maintained, and comfortable. My gripe is with the billing. I was charged more by the property than the rate that was provided by hotels.com. I tried to handle it before the stay, as I was billed in full 2 weeks before our stay. I was told the difference in amount was because of the security deposit ($100) that would be refunded after our stay but the difference was more than $100. After our stay, I texted the property manager about it and they stopped responding after I mentioned the difference was greater than the $100 deposit that would be returned in 5-7 days. Since they have a contactless checkin, the only correspondence was through email and text.
