Check in process was fantastic. Staff was so nice. Room was beautiful and extremely comfortable. Completely out of their control: There seemed to have been some conflict with a group of people who apparently thought they were going to buy one night/one room, go to the pool, open the side door, and allow 30 of their closest friends/family/neighbors/kids to all come swim. I have to say, the manager handling the situation remained so professional and handled the situation perfectly!

Everything was great except if your not a Marriott Bonvoy member it would 10 dollars to park a night, at the prices they charge no one should have to pay to park.

Staff was friendly and courteous. Bathroom in our room was clean and updated. Sleeper sofa cushions were dirty/stained. Some decor was dated. Dining area banquette seats were worn and cracked. Exit door near dining area was damaged. Cigarette butts on the patio.

I booked the wrong date , and they said nothing they can do. They even charged for parking, seriously? They are located in suburbs of PA, plenty of land and field around. Pretty greedy

Came in town for a concert at Star Lake. The venue is only 14 miles away so that was great! Great hotel. Easy check-in and out.

The shuttle brought us from the airport so it was very nice! The room was clean and the bathroom was spacious with modern updates. Breakfast is great, too!

It’s a totally fine place. It’s far outside the city, next to an ihop and a Costco. They have the gaul to charge for parking which is borderline offensive. The offered breakfast was meager and disappointing. I’d suggest staying in the city, as this is far outside the city limits.

Still a nice place to stay but disappointed that they are now charging $9/day for parking. It was not that way when we stayed there a month ago. Breakfast variety has taken a turn for the worse as well.

Visited Pittsburgh for a concert at the Steelers stadium and stayed here at the Fairfield Inn and Suites. Upon arrival which we called ahead to ensure our room was available and they said it was. Checked in a front desk and was told it would be a while before we could get into the room. In the mean time, 4 other guests checked in and was given a room key. Then we were told that we would have to pay to park in the hotels parking lot. This was not mentioned when we booked this room on line. The room was very clean and comfortable. Would have given hotel 5 stars but the waiting for the room and paying to park there dropped it to a 4 star.

Be prepared to pay to park at this hotel. I can understand IF you were leaving your car there all week but for 25 hours be prepared to pay almost $12. And the app to pay it on was ridiculous. I couldn’t get my card number in and the check in lady made me feel like an idiot. She walked away back into a room and wouldn’t help further. THEN, no hot water! I couldn’t even shower. I didn’t call the front desk thinking that maybe the hot water just ran down and needed time to regenerate. Wrong! No hot water this morning either. Then when I checked out there was no one at the front desk to even tell. Just a little basket to throw your door card into. Not impressed with this Fairfield Inn. I won’t be back and will look to stay elsewhere when I need to fly out again.

Shower walls in my room had hair stuck to it. Also the shower floor had dark stains. The shuttle driver had his ear plugs in and didn’t respond to us while taking to him. Took us a while to figure out he didn’t hear us.

Overall hotel was good. Staff was nice, but was kept up both nights by children, running up and down the hallways but the main reason for booking this hotel was for the indoor pool, which was never stated that it was close and we were never told it was closed until after check-in, and when we went to go swimming.

Name listed includes "airport" in the name but is not particularly close (more than 6 miles) away from the "real" airport. Now need to pay a third party to use open lot space around the building. The breakfast foods they have are pretty poor.

The air conditioner kept us awake both nights we were there. It would be silent and a minute later it would come in like a train. Very loud. It would be nice to have coffee available at c any time

I was pleasantly surprised about how lovely and comfortable the room was, the only bad thing was it was only one night. Very courteous staff and the cleanliness and amenities were appreciated. I highly recommend this property.

The room was just ok , beds were squeaky and could feel the springs in my back. The parking is absolutely awful!!! Never a place to park to stay here . Staff was friendly but not attentive.
