We enjoyed our recent stay at 21 Broad. The location is perfect and quiet. The hotel is beautifully decorated. Unfortunately our room had a mildew/moldy smell to it which was pretty powerful and made it hard to relax.

Loved the spacious bedroom and high ceilings and that our room was ready several hours before check-in. The bedroom and first floor amenities were very clean and welcoming. The staff was kind and professional.

The picture of the room I paid for was not even close to what the picture showed! It was a 10x10 room. The bed took up the entire space. The room was slanted and the towels were so l old, rough and gray! The people there were very polite and nice. I immediately went to the desk and showed the woman the room I booked and paid for. She really had nothing to say! Sorry! I booked the room in January for over 1200.00 a night maybe more and she just said “no that’s the room you paid for, not the one in the picture!” I said how would I have known that? She blamed Expedia for falsifying the picture! Never to make eye contact again with me ! What a scam somewhere -the hotel, Expedia or both. The rooms are 60.00 a night like they used to be when it was the Nesbit inn! You got what you paid for! A real scam

Difficult to contact staff out of hours. However, duty manager was very attentive to concerns the following morning which made things better.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Pleasent surroundings, cozy courtyard, but some of the rooms were small. Had a great stay.

Go to for the island. Breakfast is weird but good.

The staff is great! The morning breakfast is wonderful. They have an open coffee bar , very convenient . Great location. Just make sure when you book a room, it’s not located across from the coffee bar. Rooms near the coffee bar are subjected to noise and lots of it ! Bathroom towels also a little stained and beat up looking. Other than that, good stay and would have been a great stay if our room was in another location.

Perfect location. 3 minute walk to the ferry and right downtown among all of the best restaurants. Walked to Jetties beach in 15 min as well but you could take the town bus if you didn’t want to walk or bike. Absolutely loved it!

Everyone was so helpful. Continental breakfast yummy. Clean and professionally run.

What a lovely property with large beautiful rooms. My only complaint was that my room on the first floor opened directly onto the back patio where guests congregate to eat breakfast and to have drinks. I’ll definitely be back.
