Beach front and easy to walk a lot of places! Friendly staff! Great service

Beachfront rooms were clean and offered a wonderful view!

Very satisfying stay, amazing view ocean side, quiet & peaceful. Neighboring guests were quiet & respectful. Staff, housekeeping very pleasant & welcoming. I'm looking forward to our next stay in the future when i come back home to visit family again. It was very much worth the price for the view.

Oceanfront is always nice. Man at the desk tried very hard to accommodate my husbands ridiculously big truck for parking. He couldn't and that's okay. Twice we have used this hotel and it's always clean and people are pleasant.

This was our second year in a row staying at Copley. We love how clean the rooms always are and how friendly the staff are. We loved our ocean front room, and how safe we felt during our visit. Centrally located, so it’s easy to access everything!

Old and noisy

It was a quiet beautiful view from our room. We walked to the pier easily and had dinner. Loved listening to the waves!

The cleanliness of the room was adequate. It is clearly an older hotel, but that is expected for the area. There were some guests partying until 2a.m., which kept some of us awake. The main office closes at midnight, so we were not able to ask for assistance. This hotel was exactly what we were expecting for the price and the location. Despite what appears to be negatives, the key phrase in this review is that we understood the dynamics of Old Orchard, and therefore were totally fine with our experience.

Older building. Average maintance. Right on the beach with great view. @ blocks from center to restaurant's and amusement park. Pay attention to size of room if it matters to you. Very small bathroom in ocean view room. Free parking.

We really enjoyed our weekend stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We felt welcomed. The rooms were as expected, nothing fancy, but were clean and smelled good. The best part was being so close to the beach. The indoor pool was a great addition to our early fall stay. We had an overall great experience here.

Close to everything, can walk to everything. Clam Bake restaurant is 1.3 Miles up the road next to the Garage BBQ and they have the freshest seafood ever. The BBQ has real good food too. The ocean is steps from rooms. OOB pier is declining now but everything else is still going.

Motel was very overpriced for what it was. Ceiling tiles had water stains beds creaked microwave was burnt on the inside. If it were a $99 a night Motel I’d understand but they can easily fix these issues. The saving grace was it was right on the ocean and had an indoor pool for the kids. Make sure to ask for a room w an ocean view and maybe an updated room.

Room could use some repairs but overall a pretty good place to stay for a day or two. Location is excellent. Close to everything.

Nice stay, nice staff, enjoyed our stay

The room was adequate for our needs. Needs an update. Reminds me of a vacation rental property where it is maintained at a base level just enough to meet minimum standard average.

The hotel is in a great location. We parked and didn't use the car again. The room was clean and the ocean view queen had a nice view. The owner was very friendly and let us check in early. We will be back.

The property was very clean, and the check in staff very friendly and helpful. Our heat wasn't working in our room, and they did offer to switch us, but it wasn't too cold, so we were fine. Would definitely stay again.

We were here right as season was ending so allot of things were shut down already. The hotel was quiet and we had a beautiful beach front room just like the description. You have to ask for a beach front room when you book the room to get it. The gentleman at the desk was very friendly, the town was very friendly, the beach was beautiful to wake up to and walk every day. The room was equiped with 2 burners, a small kitchen sink and microwave. Some pots, pans, plates and utensils were provided. They left at our door fresh linens and supplies daily due to Covid and each room has a couple Adirondack chairs to lounge on when on the balcony/walkway. The parking is one space per room and parking is a hot commodity so be prepared to walk everywhere. Parking included is a bonus considering how close this lovely hotel is to everything. We will be revisiting during season sometime soon!

Did not believe the picture that comes with this reservation. The picture is a nice kitchenette nice views of the ocean and having a deck face in the water. What I ended up having was a view of the parking lot and the view of a backside of a garage no Ocean View no deck so the picture is deceiving for the price.

It was an excellent place to stay even just overnight. Wish we could have stayed longer. The scenery was beautiful but just a little hard to find because google maps shows different intervale streets. But otherwise our stay was so pleasant we are going to stay here again.

Our trip was amazing. We walked out of our room and the beach was there. It was clean. And a very short walk to the pier and the stores and restaurants. We will go back for sure.
