Excellent boutique hotel

Located in good place, kindly staff, help and answer questions.

We arrive at 2am and the cleaner came to knock pretty early. Not happy that we woke up, reception called too.. Works in the street at 7am on a SATURDAY and reception didn’t advise us.. There is no free parking. Price is too high for what you get. Really disappointed.

Great small hotel at a great price. We wanted to be 1 block from a family we were visiting. Located next to a very nice park. If you want to experience Krakow next to the city center but also have a sense how people live in Krakow away from the crowded tourists, this is a great place to go.

The hotel is well situated and inviting. The rooms aren’t anything special but they are comfortable and mostly well appointed. The restaurant is very good. Staff were warm and helpful. Great stay.

I loved the friendly staff and the amenities. The complimentary breakfast was incredible.

The hotel is located in a quiet residential steet, away from the hustling touristic areas. A bus can take you to the old city - just e stops away. We had a very spacious room. Clean, comfortable bed. Desk and a reading corner. The shower is very good. Breakfast is great. For every taste and diet. The staff is vwry helpful and resoursful. Two downsides: 1. The is not enough light in the room. The bulbs just not strong enough. 2. The towels are rough...

Great hotel in a quiet area just outside the town center, staff were excellent and very helpful, asked about tours of Krakow and they booked them all for us, will definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel is lovely. In a safe quiet area just outside of Old Town We had a car and the parking was very safe, tight, but fine The hotel is an 18 minute walk to Old Town which was fine with us. The walk is pleasant and we walked everywhere. There is transit close by, but for our summer time visit, walking was perfect. Service and personnel were spot on. The reception area is 24/7 and cheerful at all hours Breakfast is a delicious array of flavors. The breakfast area is downstairs There were a few fruit flies, but not a hygiene issue, just the nature of fresh fruits and juices in the summer We would most definitely come come here again. Our comments are to prepare first time european visitors to the nuances.... the City is amazing, the people are warm when you greet them with a smile and this hotel features all the best of the City

The hotel was very nice and the staff were friendly. Our room was at the top and the headroom was not great in some areas because of slopping roof and there are no English speaking channels on the TV but we were in Poland so can't complain really. It is a comfortable walk to the main square. Make sure you visit the ice cream kiosk in the park down the road.

Highly recommended! We were up too earlier for a tour and they gave us a packed lunch as we would miss breakfast! Service couldn't be better!

The rooms were very nice but on the top floor where the ceiling was angled very low in spots. Always ducking our heads.

My experience with the hotels in Poland is generally very positive. But I really fell in love with this little gem. My son and I stayed here for three nights. Everyone who works here went an extra mile, perhaps even two extra miles, to make our experience as enjoyable as possible. The staff at the reception, at the breakfast cafeteria and the cleaning lady – all made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. My extra special thanks go to Monica who worked at the reception on the early morning of my departure. Not only she took the initiative and called my room at 3:00am to make sure I don't miss my early flight, but she also brewed me a cup of coffee and packed me a hearty breakfast to go. The location is pretty nice and tucked away from the crowds. If you don't mind a 10 minute walk to the Old Town, then you would appreciate this quiet neighborhood with very calm traffic. Too bad I am constrained with the five star rating only – I feel like giving all ten to this hotel and its lovely crew!

Hotel is lovely but is a bit too far out of the centre, you can't pop back as it is a 20 minute walk.

Lovely hotel that is clean ,has friendly staff and offers a comprehensive selection for breakfast. The hotel is a short walk from a tram stop that is a few minutes ride to the centre of Cracow. The staff all appear to speak English and help out if any enquiry is put to them. The room we had was nicely decorated with all amenities the only minor complaint I personally had was the bed was too hard for my liking but that is a subjective arguement and not really the hotels problem. Any excursions that are offered can be booked directly at the hotel , these are a little more expensive than some operators in the city but the tours were very well organised in good roadworthy vehicles with drivers who were prompt and knowledgable.

Nice quiet (small) hotel in residential part of Kracow, large clean room although side view of neighbours house (complete with dogs, kids and football). Lovely breakfast. Helpful staff (Monica in particular), who will arrange trips with very little notice. Minimum 20 minute walk to town square, half hour to Castle and river, 40 minutes to Jewish Quarter Not a hotel you can pop back to when out and about! Tram stop 5 mins walk. Buy ticket beforehand. Taxis quiet cheap. £6 back from Tauron Arena (roads quiet tho!)

Extremely helpful staff in this beautiful and quiet hotel. Delicious breakfast and large rooms with comfortable bed.
