The comforter, sheets, and pillow cases were stand and looked dirty, and there was hair in sink in the bathroom and pink liquid on counter top. Nice place but my room wasn't clean to me and my friends.

Great hotel for an overnight. Good location to the start of the Bourbon Trail and Louisville Slugger Museum. Nice breakfast buffet in the morning.

Stay was very good. Would stay here again. But TV in room had channels that didn’t work.

The hotel overall looked nice but when I came in, there was no one up front. I probably waited 15-20 mins for someone to arrive at the front desk along with 2 orher people who came in after me. I checked in and there was an unknown stain on the carpet I tried to ignore. The bathroom was clean & the bed was comfortable but the issue was with the bed linen. I had to call room service SEVERAL TIMES regarding unknown stains on my bed sheets and hair in the bed that did not belong to me. I called to report the issues as well as request to have the sheets changed. After some time, a lady front housekeeping came to the door with new pull sheets but I needed new pull sheets as well as a new comforter. Believe it or not, the lady wouldn’t even come into the room and change them for me (as I thought that’s what housekeeping does)- she just handed them to me and walked off. I went back and made a call request for new comforter as I wanted to finally take a nap. I waited and waited- I waited so long I dozed off in the chair. I called back about 40 mins later and was told housekeeping was gone for the day. After some time I was brought another pulled sheet (not what I asked for) and I finally stripped my own bed and just cut the air down and slept using the 2 pulled sheets that was given. Nice big rooms and housekeeping everyday. Free hot breakfast. Extremely friendly staff. Bus stop outside the hotel. Was here for a Convention. Enjoyed my stay. Will stay here again if I come this way again.

It was easy to get to and a lot of things were nearby in easy walking distance.

The staff was absolutely wonderful!!! They were kind, courteous and available at all times!! Parking was right next door but it was at an extra cost. It was convenient to our wedding venue, right across the street!! Overall was a great visit!! A

Homeless/ roaming around in the middle of the night at the hotel main entrance made My family uncomfortable

I loved that we could easily walk to restaurants, the children’s museum and brewery tours if I wanted to. We parked in the parking garage as that seemed like the safest option for that. We’d definitely stay here again.

Excellent staff

Staff didn’t know how to communicate very well with two separate parties in the two rooms reserved. Sink in bathroom didn’t drain well. Room was nice. Bed was comfortable with nice pillows. Fluffy towels that were absorbent. Breakfast included was good.

Our room was not clean, the bathroom looked like it had not been mopped in days. The top blanket on each bed had black marks on it along with the pillows as well.

There was a noise at the hvac unit. So bad that I had to turn it off. So there was not any AC for the night session. When I told the desk staff in the morning as I was checking out. Their response was, “Yea people have been complaining about that. Sorry about that.” Otherwise the experience was good and staff was really friendly.

The staff, room/beds, breakfast were on point. All very nice, clean, comfortable. The parking, though not actually part of the hotel, is in a straightforward and safe public parking structure right next door. The added convenience for us was that we came right off the highway upon arrival and were able to get right back on when we were leaving. Being near museum row was also nice.

Room was nice, breakfast was excellent in choices. The parking structure next door is the downfall for this hotel.

The rooms were very clean and nice. The bedding was very clean. They were very accommodating and the service at the guest desk was amazing.

Location

The staff was excellent! Friendly & helpful on all levels! The breakfast (included!) was fantastic. We stayed three days/2 night and had easy access to all that we came to do & see. I would highly recommend!

Very clean and well staffed. The remote camera station across the street was worrying but had a great stay.

I liked that it was close to everything and free breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only thing I would say is maybe have a sausage other than pork.
