It was generally fine. The shared bathroom was coed and not very private so I didn’t love that and I didn’t really go around the area, but it doesn’t seem like there’s much as you’re just near the airport and that’s the convenience of it.
The people were kind and it’s a really good place if you want to be near the airport

Service and courtesy are excellent! I only wish they could have other options to pay for food beside just cash only…
But nevertheless, everything else was good!

Very nice place to stay one night, on way in or out of Guatemala. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Hit water. Small room but adequate for a short stay.

This hostel helped me out when my initial booking fell through in the middle of the night. They picked me up on short notice at the Aurora Intl Airport and I got a nice private room with a shower bathroom that was not shared. The breakfast provided was large and filling, and they helped me get my luggage to the Antigua shuttle. Very nice people and I would stay here again.

Extremely loud all night. Doors slamming…. No soundproofing. Room hot and stuffy. No fans.

This is an incredibly tiny hole in the wall hostel. But it's clean, the tiny rooms have everything you need. And of course - it's walking distance to the airport.

this was the perfect place to stay for one night before an early flight. It was clean, basic and had a very reliable free airport shuttle running hourly from 4am-midnight, or for a small fee if you need it between midnight and 4am.

Beautiful courtyard, great staff, good breakfast. Had a private room and bath-was a bit shabby but livable for a night.

Staff were efficient, kind, welcoming. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and well kept. Stayed in a dorm, other guests were polite and quiet. I felt safe and secure in the compound and in the rooms. Breakfast was great and just what I needed at 7a before I left for the airport. Coffee was great! Thank you so much! Would definitely stay there again.

I booked this place primarily for the free airport shuttle as i was arriving into Guatemala at 11pm and didn’t feel it safe to taxi alone at that time. The shuttle service pickup was great, but the shuttles going to the airport were not exactly as advertised (they had changed the times and cut down the shuttles) so communicate directly with them about this - I ended up having to Uber anyways unfortunately. I paid more money for a private room and it was not worth it. The room was shabby overall, dirty walls, bugs, uncomfy bed. For the price point of the private rooms you can find something much nicer in the city. The staff were nice and this place may be worth it if you are just staying in the dorms, but not worth it for private rooms.

I really liked the place, it is very confortable and the staff is caring and worried for cleaness and any need one could have.

They reserved me room with private bath and I requested room with shared bath, so I changed the room and requested lower price...$23. She said she would have to report me to you and 'no show'. I hope you won't penalize me for this error.

I arrived late at night and was picked up at the airport promptly after I called them. I stayed in a 4 bed room by myself. It was clean, quite and just what I needed after a 12 hour flight. I plan to stay here on my return.

I needed a place to stay before my early flight out of Guatemala City. This was a perfect choice, very close to the airport, free shuttle, and reasonable. The family running it was wonderful, although my interaction was limited to check in and then the morning shuttle.
