The hotel was just fine but Hotels.com SUCKS due to the fact that i was not allowed to cancel the PART of the reservation 72 hours in advance-like most other sites. I was not allowed to make changes after the FIRST night! that is a load of CRAP! My wife broke a tooth and had to stay for the dentist and my daughter had a last minute issue at work and had to stay...GOOD BYE AND PLEASE GO BROKE!

Property is conveniently located to visit OSU campus, staff was friendly and breakfast had fair, hot options for breakfast. Room was spacious - general wear and tear, but clean for an evening stay for game day! Go Pokes!

I booked a room with 2 queen beds and got a room with 1 king. And the response was "oh sorry, but we are sold out".
I needed a room with 2 queen beds. That's why I booked that room category.

Nice clean hotel. Easy access and free parking. Check in was quick and easy. Free breakfast was satisfactory. Room was clean and bathroom nice. Overall good stay.

Was on the road very late and afraid we might lose our reservation. When I called the front desk, which was Max who answered at the time, to let them know we were running behind schedule, he assured me there was no worry we should be good and then he let the night shift know as well. He was so helpful and friendly. We had no troubles checked in and getting into our rooms even at 1:00am in the morning.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Got in the po late in the afternoon. It could have been a little cleaner and there were only a couple of the very little pool towels left. Breakfast was great. Eggs meat waffles cereals and other things. Coffee was good.

The staff in the day and early evening was awesome.. they are very friendly and helpful. Especially the 2 ladies.. the pool was fun and quiet, we just hung out. They motel was suoer clean and comfy.. definitely will stay again next years tourney

The hotel room was not clean. Bugs (both alive and dead) on bathroom floor. The entire bathroom floor appeared not to have been cleaned for some time. I called to report the condition of the room and was told “OK” and that was all. An hour later they called and asked us if we weren’t going to move rooms. We had been given no information and by that time it was extremely late I consulted with a manager the next morning in hopes of a future discount. He was very cold and matter of fact, and said he would not do anything. He was not even apologetic for the condition of the room.

The entire hotel needs a remodel. My room did not even have drawers to put clothes in. Overpriced to say the least and no shuttle.

While the hotel facilities are a little dated, it is clean and the staff are friendly. Check-in and check-out were very efficient and quick. Good location for us.

Don't book this through Expedia. I accidently booked Stillwater, OK rather than Stillwater, MN and I noticed within less than 2 minutes of booking. Both the hotel and Expedia would not refund or reduce the charges. The inflexibility isn't worth it.

The breakfast options were good, but the cleaning staff was terrible. They didn’t change the bed sheets or covers… they never even looked in the bathroom to clean the showers. But the receptionists were good.

Wifi and the food were both pretty weak considering the $200 a night pricetag.

Eating area needed to be bigger with more tables. A huge group was staying at the hotel and took over eating area just to socialize, so there was no spots for people who wanted to eat breakfast.
