Pool was closed for no appearance reason ceiling fan in room 320 not working

Overall it was a good experience. I am not a customer that needs a lot more than comfortable bed in a good area that is clean. Infer that the rate could be a bit lower. Staff is nice but not enough on hand in my opinion. Trash was left out at bins before I checked in and was still there the following day when I was checking out. Overall happy but the price was not in line with expectations at this price point.

The hotel looked nice and everything was as advertised. Only thing I will try to get better was the smell on the room. It is not that it was dirty, but the cleaning stuff smelled too much, other than that good place to stay.

The room was spacious and clean. Really the only disappointment was the breakfast. The pool was nice and clean, and not too many people using it at that time. Great location to many places to take your family.

I didn't have any issues. I enjoyed my stay.The only thing is they might be understaff. Front desk was hesitant to give more towels during my stay since they didn't have enough to give. But she did ended up giving a couple more to me. Room was cleaned. Food was great.

My only issues is the hallways throughout the hotel smelled of mold. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating.

I liked the fact that the hotel was new, clean and the rooms were spacious like studio apts

Same limited breakfast everyday. Pool closed 2 days for painting during stay. Should be done in winter time when pool cannot be used.

It was a very nice property and very friendly staff. We did not get our room cleaned in the 3 days we were there which was disappointing but we didn’t spend much time in there.

The place was amazing, room was beautiful and so spacious. Wish we could have stayed longer!! Also, breakfast was awesome

Was told room was clean but the shower had hair in it and was disgusting

The hotel was super nice! EXCELLENT LOCATION!! You have everything 5 minutes away! And when I say EVERYTHING! I mean every store, coffee, anything!!! All 5 minutes away! But what made me upset, they did not change the sheets in my room!!! HORRIBLE!!!!

New Braunfels is great and the hotel is in a convenient location. However, the hotel room didn’t seem to be that clean (we found what looked like dried poop - or dog food - scattered through the room). Also, the blanket for the pull out sofa had a large dark stain and large pills that can easily be pulled off. It looked like the blanket had been used 50 times without ever being washed. Our suite had 2 TVs but only 1 remote. When we asked for a 2nd remote, the battery died in less than 1 day. The staff was friendly, the breakfast options were great, the gym was very nice, and the pool was lots of fun (complete with a couple of floating tubes)! But the lack of cleanliness, weird remotes, heated hallways (in May…in Texas!), and odd electrical situations (such as a master switch so we can actually use the power in the suite but our main bedroom light never turned on but the small lamps worked, no fan in the bathroom when folks need to do their busy, so lots of awkward / uncomfy moments, and our keycards quit working the 2nd day so we had to put in a maintenance request) made it so that we won’t be staying at this hotel the next time we’re in New Braunfels.

Loved the keyless check in. The room was great and a lot of great amenities close by.

When we checked in, our front desk lady was wonderful then it went downhill after that: No wifi the whole stay with no reasoning when we called to ask why and when it will be fixed, TV was not working unless you followed a million steps to get to the channel you wanted. Pool was not open. The lights were flickering the whole time in the bathroom. When contacting the front desk, the lady was VERY rude (not initial check in lady a new one). Just overall not the best experience we’ve had for what we paid.

Great location with free, convenient parking. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Friendly staff. Nice, free happy hour on Wednesdays. Room was clean and comfortable. Reasonable pricing.

No hand soap in room or trash bags. Had to walk around entrance to get in and pool closed. Kids running up and down the hall throughout the night.
