I like that it is near the road and good air conditioning, the staff are good also. What i did not like are so many which are;Flies inside the room. The outside is storage which can be seen in the window, and it is an eyesore.The heater is not working.No bidet faucet in CR.The main door has only 1 key and no key for the dead lock.Towel seems to old.

The location is great, close to alot of shopping and restaurants! The staff at the front desk and bar are awesome, friendly and helpful! If you eat at the bar and not familiar with local dishes and want to go with what you know, the Spamlette and Kimchi Fried Rice is a must have any day of the week. Nice assortment of beverages! The room where I stay was perfect, clean with cable and wifi which worked great! Plenty of hot water and Aircon! They are small rooms which is good, if you came here to hibernate you should have stayed home. It is a must see area and this play is smack in the middle! Enjoy!

It was an ok room except the fact that you can hear everyone in their rooms and their conversations. What i thought was a solid wall turned out to be a thin plywood board and almost leaned on it with my weight. If i had i would have put my hand through to the next room. Doors and locks were really flimsy. With a little force you could probably push the door apart and gain entry.

My experience was disastorous, Room was dirty and smelly, felt a strange presence in Room 7, creepy. Moved to another Room but that was infested with cockroaches, changed Hotels after 8 days to MO2 Westown in Lacson Street, consequently would like Howetown to repay me for the remainder of my stay, (8 days), that i checked out early !!

Toilet/shower needs to be descaled. White scales from hard water already visible.

Nice hotel. But the pillows were not comfortable because its too bulky. But overall, its nice and affordable.

Will definitely stay here again, its the closest hotel to malls.

The airconditioner was dripping.The bed was soaking wet when I later found out.Asked for a solution to the staff (dry clean the bed or room transfer). The staff just put a towel on my bed and left.I also did not receive any toiletry upon check in (I had to ask for soap and shampoo).

I went to Bacolod for a Regional Conference of Mechanical Engineers and after a long day fullbof seminars, it was just what I needed. The comfort, location and the staff's hospitability truly stood out during my stay. It made my first stay in Bacolod a very cozy one.

Friendly staff. Very near the main thoroughfare of Bacolod. 5 mins walk to Robinsons.

The staff of the hotel are very courteous and accommodating. They respond to clients very fast. The wifi connection is fast, the flat screen tv has many channels, airconditioner is new, bathroom is clean, and there are good morning kits available. The location is very strategic since it is in the heart of the city. Transportation is not a problem.

Decent hotel, double room was quite small with no window but comfortable enough, decent shower. The large communal area with kitchen is nice. Small selection of snacks and drinks available to purchase in the lobby. Wifi was generally strong and reliable. Cool little bar opposite called Dylans though I hear rumours its closing :( Tita Beths Mancit Palabon is excellent for lunch (1 minute walk). Would happily stay again.

It was very comfortable abd the staff are approachable. The place was clean and quite.. has enough space to eat and standby area are also clean.

we were transferred to another hotel because their system ruined and they don't have enough room to accommodate us. but its okay they did their part to booked us to a nicer hotel.

Staff is always friendly. Always a homey atmosphere upstairs in the entertainment room. Need to improve their bathroom disinfectant/deodorizer. Sometimes doesn't smell fresh but like and old smelly mop.

Always courteous employees and the best value in Bacolod. However the last two times the bathroom smelled musty. They need to use a better disinfectant or deoderizer. Nice conforter but need to improve pillows!

Love the homey atmosphere upstairs in the open family center. Great for families with young children. Very friendly staff! Best no frills value hotel in Bacolod!

The location of this hotel is close to everything. The whole staff is accommodating. We feel like we are at home.
