Very disappointed in this hotel , the room is very small , the bed very thin mattress and small pillows but most of all free wifi is advertised and there is nothing , wifi is critical for me I never would stay there if I known that

It was generally ok. The electricity kept on going out between 12mn to 4am. I had to reset the circuit breaker multiple times.

The place is ok to stay but, it's uncomfortable when using the CR cause there's no bidet spray or dipper.

WiFi was non-existent, despite being advertised. Toiletries consisted of ONE micro bar of soap. Nice lobby, but you dont stay at a hotel because of the nice lobby. Nice atrium with bamboo and benches for seating outside of each room. Weird set-up for t.v. You have to stand at the door to change channels. Staff was friendly but they charged for everything. Extra pillows, extra cost. Nice location and it was quiet, for the most part. Seems to be used for student dorm, so lots of young people running around until about 2200 hours. Nenas BBQ is near by (1 block) and they have decent food. Overall not a bad place but we probably wont return. My wife was in the hotel industry and this place did not meet her standards. No microwave, no refrigerator, despite it being a long-stay residence hotel. Good value, but nothing special. Like I said, my wife was in the hospitality and hotel industry and she is very unforgiving. Probably okay for one to two nights. NO HOT WATER!! Wife froze in shower. I am from Alaska, so no big deal for me. She is Filipina and expected HOT water. Ancient Panasonic water heater in shower.
