THe staf at the reception are great I had a big problem and they took care of everything Best Hotel Dowwtown et good fares

This hotel is old and worn down lokking with cracked floor tiles. The bed sheets were stained, some stains looked like blood. Sliding shower door broken, you had to lift it to open it. Air conditioner barely worked. Couldn't control speed of fan. Had to step over corner of bed to get in and out of bathroom. Closet had no light. Bathroom had one little light. No on off switch inside bathroom found it by the lamp next to bed. Door wouldn't stay shut even when lock fully engaged, door would simply swing open. You had to secure the door with a little piece of metal that slides up into the door frame. Hotel is noisy, could hear banging, alarms and shouting in the lobby even in the middle of the night. Was told restaurant would open at 8am. Went down at 8:30 and still closed. Booked for two nights. One night was enough, I canceled my second night and hotel refused to refund me my second unused night. Absolutely 💯 % would not recommend this hotel.

Great location in Centro.. friendly staff. Bed is ok. Air con is good. WC walls and surfaces need a thorough washing.

Decent hotel for the money, central location can’t be beat as it’s located a block from the main square

Very nice and centrally located hotel in colonial style. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the nice restaurant is serving breakfast and good ceviche and margaritas in the evening. Colonial is for me the best choice in downtown Manzanillo, and I very much prefer this location over the touristic areas along the bay.

Found out breakfast was not included which was a shame, put me all the way up top in the hotel, where they were doing construction right against my wall, albeit for just a moment. Floors and counters clearly not super clean, but bed fine. Not a bad area but not much to eat around, and the service at the desk was helpful but not necessarily out of their own accord. They did call me a taxi which was great but that taxi overcharges- as I was in a rush I didn’t bother to haggle. Would stay in a pinch again, but not for 760 pesos.
