the front desk employee was very nice and welcoming. She made the check-in process very smooth and quick. she gave our baby a couple of toys that he enjoyed.
The breakfast was one of the best I had in hotels. the chef preparing the breakfast was very nice. we asked for something for our baby and she gave us something for him. She is very sweet and kind.
The rooms were clean and comfy. they had a full kitchen.
I only wish the blankets were heavier.

The very nice lady at the breakfast buffet was extremely helpful providing gluten free options. She even gave us GF snack bars for our flight, which turned into dinner after unexpected delays.

This is a nice and comfortable hotel, it was clean and accessible, very close to the airport. Standard hotel breakfast.
My main complains are: a)having bed sheets with holes in them is unacceptable.
B) Having the staff in the evening reception ask me 3 times in the same conversation if I am not going to have problems with my credit card, felt insulting and since this was in front of a white fellow guest, it made me wonder if this is racism.

Just a stopover in Milwaukee to go on to Door County. Excellent location near airport. (No airport noise at all). Would stay again.

We stayed here for two nights and our entire stay was great. There’s a younger girl who works at the front desk who remembered my dog’s name (Ladybug) and went out of her way to help everyone including other staff. I wish I could remember her name but I can tell you, she’s a true asset to this facility. Great experience and we’d stay here again.

This was the first staying at Home 2 Suites. My wife and I will definitely stay there again in future trips. The staff, room, the breakfast and the out door fire pit where all excellent.

All of the staff were extremely friendly & helpful. Our room was spacious & beautiful! We enjoyed a glass of wine by the fire each night, which was an added bonus that we loved.

We were greeted by friendly staff, the room was lovely, large had a freezer and everything. I was apprehensive about the airport next door but we never heard a plane. The tv had Netflix preloaded for you after I put my password in we were watching our actual shows not just cable.

Always a great stay at this hotel. The only issue was janitorial staff knocking and entering our room at approximately 9:30 am (1.5 hours in advance) when check-out time is 11 am. On the other hand, there were no rooms available for early check-in when we arrived. If you expect your guests to leave early you should also be ready to offer early check-in.
