The staff was excellent

The room was big and spacious. The gentleman doing the check in was friendly and very helpful. I definitely recommend.

Secluded and quiet area was a great factor for me.

Everything was clean and staff very helpful to make sure when i checked in i had all what i needed since it was very late

A perfectly acceptable value-hotel in Kingston for this American business traveler. No desk in the room but I don't tend to require one so no issues there. Neighborhood was safe and the hotel has its own front-gate security guard on site round-the-clock. Front desk staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Free breakfast was simple and tasty.

I liked that the list of nearby restaurants making deliveries to the hotel was in plain sight at the front desk. We arrived late and hungry.

This was a bad experience. Not a good part of Kingston. In my opinion it is borderline a dangerous area

Hotel was simple but clean. Had new bathroom fixtures. Location was not so good as it was behind the national stadium. What was disappointing was the continental breakfast which was not continental. I practiclally eat standing. Breakfast was very poor. I felt disappointed. Overall the hotel was clean and had basic options of a normal hotel. Need much improvement at breakfast.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jasmine Inn. My husband had to be in Kingston for work so we came a few days early and had a vacation as well. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful. They seemed genuinely interested in making sure that we had a good visit to Jamaica. The hotel is very basic - bed, bathroom, air conditioning, Wifi and TV, but very clean and comfortable. There was a sort of continental breakfast each morning that consisted of fruit, juice, pastry, little sandwiches and sometimes other local treats. There was bottled water available at all times. We always felt very safe here. The local taxi service has a driver that is assigned to this hotel, Tony. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel is very close to the National Stadium, the Bob Marley Museum and New Kingston. If my husband has to return to Kingston for work, I'm sure he will stay here again.

Lovely stay just a lot of steps to get inside then more to get to my room. If dropped my passport and a man took it from the hotel and the staff was able to retrieve it. So for that I am grateful. For that reason when I come to Jamaica I will stay there.

Conveniently located to stadium, downtown and new Kingston. Could use a table or dresser and chair in the room. Also lacked enough electrical outlets and lighting on both sides of bed. Staff was attentive. Taxi right there when you needed it.

Our room was perfect for our 2 days at "Champs" in the National Stadium. The staff was helpful, by getting us help with a taxi, storing our luggage after we checked out and with directions. Its a super short walk to the stadium.

Internet was spotty however the room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.
