The place was clean and close to establishments. The manager was friendly and accommodating.

Practiically accomodation, central in Tiberias, friendly and helpful staff, oppurtunity to Cook, free Parking, Roms need freshening up, otherwise ok.

The location and price was good. We appreciated the free parking. The facility has no elevator which was difficult.

We went there wanted to stay for 3 nights. But the hotel was so terrible could not wait to get out in the morning. This is not a hotel rather very badly maintained old 3rd class hostel. They charged us over 100 US dollars but the condition of this place does not come up to the standard what so ever. The owners hide behind being nice and talikng sweet but no concern about well paying tired travellers. The room is so small and bed matters and linen should have been taken to the garbage tip over 10 years ago. Colud not sleep as the matters sunk and I slid off o n the edge. You need to have shower standing almost on top of the toilet. Unfortunately the owners know how to take your money and did not give the money back for unspent nights. We were happy to get out of that dump hole after the sleepless night. You can get much much better hotel in the same area and even if you have to pay a little more. We were there during busy time and even then we manage to find much much better hotels/ apartments for less. Air con was old and making terrible noise so had to turn it off and open the winow.This place is next to the main road and round about and you can here ever car passing by. Photos on line is very misleading as most of the photos has got nothing to do with this robbing hotel.

We didn't stay there & had to look for a new hotel. The place was dirty, every room had a different problem, from a hole in the door to roaches broken showers & more.

It was on a busy road, but the rates reasonable which we think was value for money.

This is a very basic hotel. The location is very good. Rooms are very basic and bathroom is very small. Not a bad experience. Just a bit of money for a very basic hotel.

Most reasonable stay in Tiberias.Historical hotel that has shared kitchen. It is nice to meet others frim around the world.

Not at all what was advertised, said breakfast was included but that wasnt anything more than a DIY coffee station in a back room. room smelt like the toilet and the air conditioner was broken, while even though it was cold outside our room and hallway was muggy and hot.

I had problem with my car rental and my mobile is US based. Yuval, a staff member, used his own mobile to call ShlomoSixt and spoke to them on my behalf. Problem solved.

A very reasonable cost hotel. Excellent staff. Excellent central location. PARKING attached to hotel. Some people may be unhappy with "echo noise". The hotel is tile, not carpeted, therefore it can be a little noisy. If that is a big consideration for a client, they should pay much more for a 4 or 5 star hotel. This is a simple but clean and convenient hotel at a good cost.

The hotel was clean, and the staff was accommodative. If you're looking for comfort and luxury this is not the place. However, this hotel is great if you want a cheap place in Tveriyah (tiberias) that is clean, has a full kitchen, nice views, and great location. Booked a 4 person room....the room was meant for 1 person, but we made due. Would recommend this hotel.
