Fabulous place to stay. Friendly and kind staff. Highly recommend!

Lovely art-deco building in downtown area. Large room and free breakfast and evening meal with drinks. Helpful friendly staff - our second stay in a Drury hotel and we are fans, though they get very busy at weekends

nice hotel close & walking distance to PPG arena. free breakfast and happy hour. only issue was NO early checkin or attempts to try to get in early even calling each day & same morning.

The Drury is a very nice, clean and conveniently located hotel. The rooms are quite large and comfortable, and were quite clean. It’s also got a lobby bar that stays open fairly late, if you’re looking for a snack or drink at the end of the night. The decor is kind of bland and there aren’t many amenities, however, the in room coffee is quite good. I think the staff tries hard but they may need a little more help because it seemed to me that they were trying to do a lot of things at one time, impacting the quality of service. The parking is a little expensive but probably in line with the going rates in Pittsburgh. Overall, I’d stay again for the convenience, particularly if you are seeing a show, but it is a little dodgy in the immediate area of the hotel so it’s good to be alert as you walk to and from the cultural district.

Highly recommend. Room was clean, pool was nice, and staff were all really helpful.

Drury plaza hotel is one of my favorites and does not disappoint. Good food included and the space and beds of rooms are excellent. Great staff.

Nice staff, clean lobby. Disappointed with bathroom/shower that did not drain. Told front desk about the issue and no one came to fix it. Typically a good stay at drury chain.

Great location and only about 15 minutes from PNC Park. Valet was a little slow, but the staff was great and the room was good.

We enjoyed our stay here. It's convenienty located to so many attractions (we attended an event at PNC Park which was only a 20 minute walk) Staff was extremely friendly and gave excellent recommendations and tips to navigate the city. Rooms were spacious. Valet was extremely busy when we checked in, so we parked off-site (garage closeby, much more affordable and only short walk) We also loved the complimentary happy hour/snacks. Will definitely stay here again for any Pittsburgh trip.

My wife and I had a great stay and this location is very convenient to many areas downtown.

It was in the center of town, close to everything. We walked to the ball game, the market and the fort. The staff were great, always smiling and attentive. The valet parking is pricey but very convenient. The actual building is beautiful. Would stay there again for sure.

Stay was amazing. Very happy and will be back again. Bar staff needed so help or something took sometime to get a drink.

Property was in excellent condition and well preserved. Got a walking tour nearby and got an excellent description of the historic significance of the property. Staff was fantastic and helpful. Desk staff and Jas B were amazing.
