Located in a nice area, easy access (short walking distance) to the Metro, Arc de Triomphe, Champs-Élysées, and at least 2 proper convenience stores and pharmacy on the same street. Staffs were very helpful in making restaurant recommendations and reservations. Big window. Bright and airy room. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This is the second time this year that I have stayed at this property and I have noticed a deterioration in the service. At breakfast it is a total mess, there are no cups, no cutlery, no one helps you, the refrigerator in the room did not work. In general, it is still very well located and clean, but the cost-benefit ratio does not seem correct to me.

Room
The room was very nice and clean. A bit small, you’ll need to be mindful when opening and storing large bags. Despite the size, it is designed well to accommodate you and has good amount of storage closets. The bathroom was more spacious and the shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The ac worked very well and kept us nice and cool (even had to turn it down because we got too cold at some point). They gave us a welcome gift with free water, both still and sparkling, juice and snack.
One other thing we were surprised about is they didn’t have an iron in the room, but available by request.
Location
The location was great! It was only a block away from the Arc de Triomphe and fairly close to the Eiffel Tower. The subway is also very close, affordable, and very reliable.
Service
The front desk staff were very accommodating and great source to find restaurants and locations within the city.
Breakfast
We really enjoyed the breakfast as there was a wide variety of food options from fruit, yogurt, fresh bread, meats, cheeses, and eggs prepared many different ways.

Being our first visit to Paris we looked for a hotel that was convenient to restaurants and places of interest. Le Tsuba is a lovely small boutique hotel with 2 memorable who deserve kiddos! Their staff is amazing, always willing to help and made our stay quite comfortable. We will be back on our next trip to Paris.

The hotel is centrally located, in walking distance to the Arch de Triumph, and many restaurants and all the shops of brand names. The rooms are quiet, spacious and the breakfast is outstanding. The bed and especially the pillows are very comfortable. My only complaint is that unlike most French hotels it offers cheap paper cups instead of real coffee cups/mugs, which to me is not classy and environmentally insensitive. It’s a small detail but it’s a signal of important values. I hope the hotel will work on that. Thus, the 4 star overall rating. Other than that, the hotel is wonderful.

I really enjoyed my stay at Tsuba hotel. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. Ismail got out of his way to make my stay comfortable and upgraded me for free to a top floor room with views and a small balcony. The rooms are not very large, but typical to Paris. I was surprised to see that they have a steam room and a sauna and it was delightful to use it After long trip. The hotel is remodeled, charming and in a very good neighborhood. Close to transportation and shopping. A few minutes from arc du triomphe. I will stay again at my next visit.

Le Tsuba Hotel is unusually attractive, and the staff were very helpful. I asked for restaurant recommendations and late check-out. My room was clean, bright, and quiet. (If quiet is a top concern, ask for a quiet room when you reserve.) The hotel is a six minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe; it’s amazing to see it when you walk up the block and turn the corner. It’s also close to two Metro stations. I really liked this hotel.

Excellent hotel with a great rates, better than the fancy expensive hotels in other areas (trust me, save your money, the hotel is as good as a 5 star hotels and even better than some of the old ones with old amenities and furnitures). I love how clean and new the hotel is.

Great location to get around the city. Felt grilled every time we went down for breakfast - ensuring that we were on the list for breakfast-got old after 5 days. But breakfast was good. Room wasn’t ready at check-in had to wait 40 minutes for housekeeping. Keys stopped working after a few days had to get them reset.

Is convenient and close to metro and restaurants
The breakfast is poor ( no omlette no coffee choices like cappuccino or latte ……) just basic and for a 4 star at such rate should be more variety
Staff not welcoming wether on the front desk or in the restaurant they should be trained to greet to smile and to take showers

The hotel was excellent. Very clean and quiet and just steps away from the metro which made it extremely convenient. The staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming. We will definitely stay again on future visits.

This place is fine. It's cheap and in a decent neighborhood. It's not anything amazing but it's definitely priced well. I stayed there because it was next to my daughter's apartment so it was fine.

I absolutely love the place. The staff was amazing and breakfast is delicious. Walking distance to Champs Elysees and Arc de Triomphe. I even walked to La Seine and the Eiffel Tower. I will be back!
