Overall good stay with good service. The rooms are a bit small and the rooftop pool is smaller than it looks on pictures and feels a bit dirty - but still a nice rooftop.

I was upgraded upon arrival with early check in and immediately was delivered a bottle of wine to my room. Wonderful! It was a comfortable stay. The area around the hotel was kind of sketchy with homelessness etc but nobody bothered me and the market is a stones throw away and also the train station

The beds were very small and super uncomfortable (single bed is actually 1/2 size). Location is convenient, breakfast was good, and the rooftop pool is a gem.

Pros: Walking distance to mayor sites & attractions, close to restaurants, pharmacies, coin laundry, train station, good breakfast buffet, friendly staff. Cons: Rooms are tiny, shower door lets water out, a/c not working properly.

We had a lovely room and loved to relax on the rooftop pool after a long day of exploring. The staff was extremely kind and helpful with any suggestions (food, views, etc.) We even found a cool record shop nearby! Our room was really clean and comfortable. We were right next to the elevator but had no issues with it being loud. Hotel was also very close to the train station which was convenient with all of our bags. We watched the sunset from the rooftop one night and it was magical. It was a 360-degree view of the city. So close to the Duomo and other beautiful spaces.

Smack dab in the heart of main attractions. It was super helpful being close to everything. Rooftop bar and pool gave amazing views of all around. Worth staying here if you can get the chance to.

The rooms were like a prison cell and lacked any character. The beds were hard and uncomfortable and the toilet was about 10 cm higher than normal. The breakfast was mediocre. Staff were very accommodating and the location was good.

The staff were very helpful and courteous . They provided us with good dining and tour options. The breakfast was excellent.

This property is too expensive for what you get. We paid more than $350 for a tiny room with tiny bathroom on the second floor. It’s an average hotel, not worth this high price.

+ near the metro station. + location not so bad but there is hotels with better location. - The air-conditioning was noisy. - The bed mattress was little bit cheap. - The breakfast so average.

Venice Italy. Hotel fortune totally was a 10 plus. The hotel was totally perfect! From cleanliness to more place than we could imagine. Glance is very modern and close to the train.

Amazing Hotel! Carina was exceptional!

The hotel is conveniently 5 minutes of walk from the train station , walk out and straight on the street to the hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly, and helpful through out the stay including great tips on restaurants, the nearby food center and providing fair warning that you don't order a Florentine steak medium or above unless you want to earn the wrath of the locals. The location is walking distance to most places in 15 minutes. Florence isnt that big. That said, i think a hotel a little more central would have helped. The room was great! As a family of 3 we also had a suite where our kid could sleep on a comfy bed outside the bedroom. The closet space was very limited for a suite but the beds were very comfy, the bath was spacious and well stocked and the breaklfast was delicious Overall we would still recommend the room to our family and friends

Service was excellent, location is central, breakfast was generous and tasty, staff especially Bogdan were very helpful. Great stay and would repeat.
