Clean and quiet

The Aloft is were I stay when in Louisville. Everyone is so friendly, staff and other guest. The place is always clean.

I always stay here for work trips. Always clean and friendly, all the amenities I need. I also like to be able to walk around the neighborhood. Quick dining options nearby too.

It was average

Great property, spacious rooms! Staff was really kind and helpful! Seems that the walls are a bit thin tho, so we did use earplugs.

I stayed at this location several years ago and loved it. Staying here again I know I made the right decision on this trip.

The full service bar in this aloft is just so pretty and the cocktails were good. I also love the area around the hotel as it is a very easy area to walk a dog. Not so urban like some hotels plenty of grass

The room the staff were great. What I didn't like was the poor wifi. I always have a lot of evening work and I couldn't log on . i had to create a hot spot on my phone to get logged in. that's not acceptable in my line of work.

A lot of children (ice skating/dance competitions) unsupervised in the gym and pool areas. Rowdy and noisy about hotel. Our room- poor water pressure in shower. A lot of the shower head openings appeared clogged. We had to put our thermostat on 78-80 for it to moderately blow warm. We usually stay here about 5-6 times per year while in Louisville because of the location.

Service is great. Staff was flexible with check in and checkout. Will definitely stay here again!

Amazing staff, so warm, kind and welcoming. Great location, room clean and comfortable, bed very good (I have back problems). Very good to have access to a washing machine and a dryer for longer stay, was there for a week Will definetly stay there again on my next trip.

Heater in room was so loud it kept us from sleeping. Interstate is 500 ft away and walls are thin Very noisy hotel

The breakfast food you purchased in the morning was not good at all. Much needed new menu items. I ate there 3 mornings in a row, nothing was good. I mean nothing. The first night stay no one came to clean the room we had to call down for more towels. Other than that you can walk to a Jaggers and eat a nice meal in the evenings. The one saving grace is the front desk day lady that checked you in just lovely.

Great property with excellent natural light in the room. Bathroom was spacious and very clean. Love that it’s also pet friendly. The road noise from the highway was a bit more than I thought it would be, but still an excellent value.

The staff is always so friendly and courteous.

My room was in the front and noisy at night from traffic. Near a highway so truckers zooming by all night did not help for a good night sleep

The property and staff were great! I would definitely stay there again.

I felt that the pillows were too soft resulting in a neck ache. I wished to have another blanket in the room to add to the bed. The view out the window of my room was one of green algae from the roof gutter - yuck! I would've appreciated a nightlight in the bathroom for those middle-of-the-night visits to the toilet. Finally, I wanted to have a shelf in the shower to place my personal products.

This is a very nice hotel. Pros: Dog friendly was important to us. The staff is very courteous. It was clean and the bed is very comfortable. Cons: Food was overpriced and the bagel I bought was stale. The traffic noise on the street side of the hotel was very bothersome at night. The shower pressure was virtually non-existent.

Stay was amazing. Check in was a breeze and the worker was awesome we talked for like 15 minutes and could’ve continued but I was already having a late check in (3am). They were amazing about that I just let them know ahead of time about it going to be late. The room was nice and clean and felt amazing. The bed was probably the most comfortable bed we’ve slept on, we were missing it when we got back home to our bed. That’s saying a lot if you’ve ever slept on a hotel bed. The daily room cleaning was nice and left the room always feeling amazing like that first day arrival. The only issue we had was one day that didn’t leave an extra roll of toilet paper, luckily we didn’t need it. The only couple downsides we had was our refrigerator didn’t seem to be working luckily for us we were only keeping waters in it or it would’ve been worse. The other thing was on checkout day, housekeeping knocked on our door first at 9ish waking us up and did so every 30 minutes after that. Checkout is at noon so it wasn’t close to checkout time. That for us was unacceptable and will be the thing I warn anyone about when thinking of staying there. Overall wonderful stay and it will be the hotel we check at first when looking at staying in or near that area!

The front desk lady for Wednesday-Sunday day shift was super awesome and friendly. The gentleman that checked us in was nice as well, all the evening staff was nice. And the girl that checked us was nice. The only complaint is when housekeeping came they did not restock the coffee area or toiletries or take the garbage out. Minor inconvenience really so not a huge issue. Overall it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend to anyone. The price was amazing especially for two rooms.

The unique decor was sort of cold. I thought I liked contemporary/modern, but it was not charming at all. Just futuristic. Also, there was a horrible smell in the lobby. We figured out that it was the shampoo that was in the bathrooms. Other than that, the staff were very friendly and helpful.
