We enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was an added bonus. Would stay again

The Very Fair Staff was not a good one at all. I've been with Fairfield Reservation back to back for upto 2 weeks. This fairlady i mentioned refused to check me out at least 1pm and was rude about it. She was so unprofessional. I am a Member of Marriott & was treated in that manner. Unfortunately, will not be in Fairfield inn & suites Stockbridge Atlanta again. The Hotel is not even cheap. The bathroom sink under the curve part needs more cleaning. Some housekeepers are not friendly at all.

Ive beencaring for my dad for over 2 years coming back an fortht to the area. This place has gone down hill. The room is stuff and smells. The walls are dirty. You have refrigerator you have to keep turning on to keep it cool. They finally got the second evelator fixed. People hanging aroung parking lot. Feel unsafe

Great stop leaving the Atlanta airport after an international flight. The bed was super comfortable and gave good rest.

The indoor pool area needs serious upgrades. The hot tub was a big empty tub with a tarp over it. Both beds had stains (one was blood the other I don’t know). I made numerous attempts to call the front desk but felt bad because the gentleman who checked us in was AWESOME to us. I was praying for the morning to come so that I could leave. The peeling ceiling, shampoo bottle holder was broken. I can go on and on. I was surprised because this place came highly recommended.

Pool does not have a heater and was ridiculously freezing. I booked this hotel for my young son to enjoy the pool and he could not. The whirlpool was closed and this was never mentioned. Extremely inconsiderate and noisy guests above us and we were told we could move instead of dealing with them. There were two staff that were extremely nice and engaging.

Stay was fine other than hot water in room. We had to run shower for 45 minutes each time before we could actually get in and have luke warm eater

We have had a nice stay. Our room is clean and attractive. Everyone we have dealt with was professional and friendly. We have had no problems. We came to visit our son and will likely stay at the Fairfield Inn again when we return.

The property was nice, staff was friendly, and the room was cozy. But I did notice a cobweb in my room and two stinkbugs. Not a dealbreaker for the price (not for me, at least) but just FYI. I think i would stay there again though. A decent hotel but more attention could be paid to housekeeping.
