Room was big n comfortable. 1king bed and 1 twin. Breakfast was really good. Location is Very convenient

Good location, clean room excellent staffs and breakfast. Internet connection - wifi in rooms were not stable and strong enough - i depend on data most of the time. , Executive deluxe room are facing to road and rooms are not sound proof, but on request they have immediately changed and upgraded room ' which solved sound issue.

All the staff are genuinely kind & so helpfull expecially the milkshake, smoothies & foods OMG..UNFORGETABLE, me & my daughter keep talking about the foods we had at ASTON Pasteur .We will be back to Indonesia & stay at Our favorite hotel "Aston Pasteur". We love you ASTON !!😍😍😍😍

Stayed at Aston Pasteur for 4 nights. Hotel lobby looks astounding! The restroom at the lobby is very clean. Check in was swift, there were welcome drinks when we arrived. Not sure why many people commented on having to wait a long time for the lifts.Thankfully, We had no problem whatsoever.Hotel is super clean. our family suite is beautiful!! Super comfy with great bedding. Toilet is rather small for a Family Suite room, but fixtures are high end.Kids enjoyed the jacuzzi as swimming pool was too cold.Generous and delicious buffet breakfast spread! Most of our requested were fulfilled swiftly, no delays. Housekeeping did a great job daily, which is appreciated.Aston should really look into providing closet for the rooms. Safe in the room is a plus!Wifi is available throughout the hotel, no charge! Awesome!Unfortunately, i got food poisioning from a room service order and was out sick for the rest of our trip to Bandung. Room service should double check quality of the food. Prawns were off. Also, because location of the hotel is near a toll gate, anticipate jams during peak periods and plan your trip accordingly. Aside from some of the issues faced, our stay at first stay Aston Pasteur was awesome!All employees we interacted with were polite and helpful.

Well-renovated lobby, good spread of breakfast and convenient location and just 15 mins to airport.

The elevators were abit slow. Had to wsit close to 10 mins when elevator traffic was high

4 stars hotel with 5 stars quality! Highly recommended!

It was nice and comfortable hotel. At high occupancy at the hotel the lifts were fully loaded and took more than 10 minutes to enable us to get our turn.

It’s a nice hotel and not far from airport.Staffs are friendly and helpful too.The only bad experience I had was going up and down in the lift for more than 10mins. Then I realised it’s a staff’s lift.Anyway, overall it’s a nice hotel.

The hotel was nice the breakfast was good. Sky the receptionist was most helpful with my request for information & the speedy checkin.The room was nice just that would be better if it was carpeted

Slight disappointment. The Executive room was smaller than what I should have gotten for the amount I paid in Bandung. The lifts were frequently down and super slow so I used the stairs to get to my 9th level room. The pool and gym were decent especially the gym. Some of the equipment was old but functional nonetheless. Breakfast was 4.5 out of 5 for me. WiFi was mostly excellent anywhere in the hotel. The area has a mall and some restaurants closeby, some were open till 11pm so big bonus. I'll consider going back here but would be sensitive about prices.

Second time we stayed here, before going and after coming back from Garut. We still took the family room as we are 3 adults. The service, warmth, friendliness of the staffs are still amazing. Food varieties during breakfast are good. Wish we could stayed longer. Definitely will come back.

First-time stay for 4 nights on a casual vacation. Room at 7th floor facing the back has a good view of the kampung and mountains. Nice bathroom with good flow of hot water. Full length windows in non-smoking room has no opening to grasp for fresh air. Very puzzled with why room is often full of dust each day despite the daily housekeeping. As a sports fan, the most disappointing part of my stay is the TV channels - only two miserable Fox Sport and Fox Sports 2. No English Premier League at all and that made my weekend stay there so boring. Unlikely for us to come back again.

Stayed in family room which is cozy, clean and enough space for 3 adults. However, i do wish there is a proper wardrobe to hang our clothes, rather than an open hanging clothesline which is right above the area for putting the suitcase. Shower stall has a half proper wall and half frosted glass wall, of which anyone who takes a shower can be seen although fuzzy. Not something you are comfortable with when staying with parents. Breakfast has huge selection of dishes, both indonesian and some western foods. All staffs are courteus and friendly with warm service. Lots of local foods nearby hotel and also a BTC Mall at a walking distance. Hotel location is nearer to airport.

It's not bad but they have a chose a pillow service and one of the choices feather pillow and that what I asked for but it was really a bad material pillow that gave me headache from sleeping on such bad quality pillow. At breakfast I was surprised that if I want to choose my coffee I have to pay additional money for it which I think it's very cheap way to get more money from the customer

Room is spacious and clean. Surroundings are quiet, very near to airport. Only weakness is the lift to rooms are too limited. especially during peak hours need to wait 2-3 rounds to get into lift.

Good view from room, had a slightly unpleasant check in. Wanted check in earlier but had to wait an hour and the staff didn’t even inform me that room was ready until I went to ask them. Breakfast buffet was no good. Some days salty, some days bland...

The staff are friendly and very helpful. My baby really enjoyed her time there and had a hard time leaving. There are a lot of options for breakfast and very tasty. The cons is the fact that there are only 2 lifts working to the guests rooms, so there were times when we had to wait for very long for the lifts.
