Overall nice hotel but the top floor has a few steps of stairs so we need to carry the luggages through.

Value for money excellent hotel in the center of West Berlin by the famous KaDeWe store.

Clean, Location is excellent, easy accessible.

The hotel was good for a short stay. The hotel restaurant was not open but there are cafes near. The image of a woman in our room was not to our taste but all in all enjoyable.

Modern, stylish, and clean with much appreciated air conditioning. Nice staff. Great location!

The 24 euro breakfast was too pricey for me so I didn’t try it. The location is excellent in a quiet part of town. The bahnhof is directly across the plaza. The staff was welcoming and friendly. They even provided me with an umbrella one rainy day.

Excellent location

We had a family vacation in Berlin. The hotel was great, stuff are very nice and kind. Great location for families. The only thing that was a bit difficult was the stairs in on the way to the room with the stroller.

The overall stay in this hotel was great. The ladies in check in were fabulous as my allotted room was not ready so they tried to reallocate me one that was. The room was compact but very comfortable. Nice touch there is a free bottle of water in the room and you can refill this (and your own bottle) on the ground floor free of charge. The hotel is also really in a very convenient location near to underground. The bits I didn’t like about the room was the very strange pictures of women on the wall and the shower screen, it’s very odd. I didn’t like the shower, it’s just one over the bath and you need to get so close to get under it you end up continually standing on the drain cover and closing it which is frustrating. I also hate two single duvets on the double bed, I like one big one to cocoon myself in but that’s maybe a personal preference.

It was my first time in Berlin and could not Jane chosen a better place to stay. Besides being in a great location, the hotel was perfect - comfortable, quiet, well-centered. Great choice.

Everything very good

Can’t complain about the stay. Rooms are a bit small. We had a room for 3 people and it was kinda small. Clean. Beds comfortable. Service was friendly.

Nice room. Very dark blinds which was great given how early the sun rises in the summer. A little far from the tourist center but right on the train so still convenient. Also was in town for Euros and it was a good location for the Olympiastadion!

The room itself was about right for the price paid. However, the check-in staff and other reception staff were rude and unhelpful.

Frosty reception on initial book in. Staff were a bit robotic. Nice area for walking into central Berlin and very close public transport systems if walking is not your thing. Breakfast looked good but at the price it should be.

The cleaning job was not good.

Spacious rooms, shower built so that water does now flood all over the place like typically nowadays in all new hotels, very conveniently located with easy access to U-Bahn and buses!

Very nice and clean room, great friendly service, and a good hotel bar. Great location too.

Could do with offering evening meals. Bar opening times could be extended. Overall had a very good time. Staff all lovely and helpful. Room was lovely but fairly basic. No mirror or to sit at in room to do hair and makeup. I had to sit on the floor by the door to use hair straightener. Small things that could be changed.
