The floor was being painted, our room was not clean. The floors were sticky. I cleaned them before I wanted my kids to walk on them. The towel was black. Front desk didn’t seem to be concerned about my concerns

Great stay! We were upgraded to a suite which was nice !

The front desk is staffed between the Westin and the Element. You may have to walk over to the Westin to get service. Limited knowledge from desk staff on anything. Airconditioning in the room do not work well. Room are spacious, gum is nice, location is great. This is a very much "you are on your own" type of hotel.

We were disgusted by the dirt all over the pull out couch mattress and under the couch. It looked like it’s never been swept underneath. The staff upon arrival was nice and friendly. The staff on other days we stayed felt like we were harassed. The walk to our room seemed like eternity. There should be another elevator on the other side of building it’s ridiculous. The small kitchen is nice. We did like the access to the plaza which had restaurants and a cinema.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, the service was nothing short of incredible. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Every employee I interacted with went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The hotel itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The atmosphere was welcoming and friendly, creating a home-away-from-home feeling. It's clear that the staff takes pride in their work, and it truly shows in the service they provide. The breakfast options offered plenty of variety and provided nourishing food, far surpassing the typical continental breakfasts at other establishments. My whole family thoroughly enjoyed the happy hour from Monday to Thursday and were a bit disappointed that it wasn’t available on the weekends as well. The pool was so much fun! I loved the indoor/outdoor continuation and hot tub. The cabanas were a nice touch as well. The location was incredible! In a shopping/entertainment district so you never need to leave the area. Lots of restaurant options, a movie theater just steps outside of the hotel. Superb! Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and welcoming experience.

Great

We loved everything about this hotel, the rooms are very nice and it was handy to have a small kitchen so we could bring some of our own food. There is no oven though, so you can't bake anything. The pool area is gorgeous and was perfect for a short weekend getaway where we could relax. The outdoor mall close to the hotel is ideal for choosing places to eat and shop. Our only complaint is that the bed had a flat sheet and mattress cover on it that easily bunched up and made for an uncomfortable sleep.

This hotel is a pretty poorly renovated, thrown together mess. Our room was dirty! Hair, sticky substances, etc. Decor was cheap, scale was terrible. Two pictures fell off the wall and onto my daughter while she was on the couch. My parents stayed in a different room and felt the same way. Overall I would never stay here again nor would I suggest it. Way too expensive to feel like it was so cheap.

We have stayed at the Westin before and thought thats where wed booked tbh- we just thought it had undergone a name change. That said- great luck because we enjoyed the element even more. The rooms were larger and we had an amazing view, and the bed was SO comfy! We will definitely be booking agaon!

Location is great!

The walls were paper thin. When people next to us turned water on at 2 in the morning we woke up terrified thinking a train was coming through the walls. Also every time someone opened and closed their room door it would slam so hard it would make you jump. Pillows were not comfortable but bed was nice with fluffy covers. Disappointed to pay that much be be woken up almost every hour cause of external noises and that is with us having our own sound machine on in our room.

I booked at the element but got switched to the westin it was very unprofessional because nobody said anything about the switch.

The staff are super nice and friendly! The rooms were clean and neat.

Nice clean room with friendly and welcoming staff. Just a few steps away from all the fancy stores and boutiques and great eateries, too.

Best location for our needs, great staff, good breakfast selection, but I can only speak for the condition of our room 1018. The room gets 3 stars only because we had the best sleep on your beds. The overall room needs desperate maintenance. The shower door wouldn’t close and seal because it’s literally falling off the wall, the toilet bowl was the only thing clean on the toilet. The towel bar is falling out of the wall. There are permanent scuff marks on the wall leading into the main room. The nightstand hasn’t been dusted in awhile, the furniture needs refinishing and the outlets by the bed are so overused, they couldn’t hold a plug. There’s more but an even overall maintenance is needed.

I was truly surprised with the layout of the rooms! So spacious and had everything you need with a modern twist. Definitely will be staying again!

Hot mess! From the time we walked into lobby-until time we walked out-a mess! Reserved room a month before arrival & was told no reservation. So we wait & wait then get a room that wasn’t as depicted in photos. Neither is the rest of hotel. This was Friday. Saturday morn-people start coming to the door saying I had to go-again no reservation. One man didn’t want to wait on the disabled guest & let himself in the room. Freaked me out! No room for disabled & 1013 is a long way to anything, including elevator. Was afraid to leave the room after the borage of people coming. One lady at front desk was rudest- front of the house-staff I have ever seen. Maid staff that didn’t speak English more polite. Had i not have already paid for Friday-Sunday I would have left-they didn’t care that I had a receipt. Never again-lesson learned!

As far as hotels go this one was pretty basic but nice. It is in a great location and my room had an amazing view of the pond and carrousel. I would have rated it higher if my room had been cleaner and the shuttle to the airport was free. The shuttle cost more than a Uber. The staff were really friendly and the pool area was nice.

i like that it was close to everything we wanted to visit

We were attending a wedding in Huntsville when we endured a difficult experience of losing a loved one to an unexpected death. Even though our trip was during such trying circumstances we were blessed to have amazing staff help us during our stay. I would like to especially like to thank Crystal… true kindness and compassion she demonstrated during our grief. All the staff were extremely sensitive and accommodating & the excellent breakfast helped sustain us every day.

Room was not cleaned at all in four night visit. Asked after 2nd night and they said they would. When we arrived back that night it had not been cleaned but staff had placed a “Dont Disturb” magnet on outside of our door. We asked again the next day. A bag with some towels in it was on desk when we returned that night and one of the three trash cans was emptied. On two mornings approx 8 am we observed individuals moving through the front parking lot trying to open doors on guests’ vehicles. One of the individuals had just been eating food at the complimentary breakfast. The breakfast was awkwardly displayed and difficult to serve(limited counter space for placing down dishes etc). No variety in items available. Same every morning. Hallways are maze-like and emergency stairs not clearly marked- feels dangerous. Overpriced compared to a hotel i had just stayed in nashville for same price with twice the amenities. There are many other places in this same area— Element should be your LAST RESORT. Second rate in every way. UNRESPONSIVE STAFF.
