Unfortunately i had to pay at the counter as there was some issue with the payment. The room was booked with bath, i only realised over there that bath doesnt mean toilette. I have an own shower but need to share the toulette. You have to rent beddings and towls as it is not included in the price and shower or soap, you have to buy outside as it is not at all provided by the hotel. Very surprising and i dont mean it the good way.

Perfect for travelling, very close to the metro and has everything you need for just staying the night. Would go here again!

I was not provided minimum necessities such as hand soap for the sink, towel for the shower, or adequate bedding materials, and when asked about these missing items, the staff gave me rental options for some of them. Daily lock-out period where your room is unavailable from 11-3pm. Wifi internet is slow and uses a clunky sign-on user flow instead of a user/password login. Good location near metro and landmarks.

Terrible, They didn’t had hot water even I complain about it, neither heating. I almost got sick, and they don’t do the cleaning well, they just check out your things instead of clean the room. Good location

This is a hostel, but even if you book a single room like I did, the place has a very STRANGE policy in which all guests have to check out every morning and leave the room EVERY morning, even if you stay for 5 nights like I did, you have to check out EVERY morning and stay away from the room for 3-4 hours. It is crazy, I’ve never seen anything like this before...

Avoid this place at all costs. The comforter smelled, the hot water lasted for 45 seconds and then went to frigid cold. The “breakfast” consists of a piece of bread and a few condiments (butter and jam) no hot food items. I had a room by the elevator and had to listen to the sounds all night. Being forced to leave the room from 11 AM to 3PM is RIDICULOUS. How much does your housekeeping ACTUALLY do in stayovrr rooms?? They certainly do not wash the comforters. €3 per towel rental, €.20 for everything extra at breakfast including JUICE. Then being forced to leave the key at the reception and you MUST keep your receipt on your body to retrieve the key when you are allowed to go back to the hotel at 3PM. Never again.

Part of it was u fee construction but staff was very kind

You get what you pay for. Space, comfort, cleanliness are wanting but ok for a night or two of just sleep. Many rules. Annoying key return and pick up to come and go. With hit or miss staff.

it was close to transportation lines, and to places we like to see

o hostel tem uma dinâmica para a limpeza que acaba atrapalhando um pouco o hóspede. das 11h às 15h todo mundo precisa sair dos quartos para que eles façam a limpeza. até aí ok. mas um dia eu esqueci meu carregador de celular no quarto e voltei para pegar e eles não queriam deixar eu entrar por causa da limpeza. no meu primeiro dia, estava esperando o horário do check in e eles estavam limpando a área comum, então não tinha nenhum lugar para que eu ficasse com as minhas malas. além disso o espaço para guardar as malas era no porão tendo que descer três ou quatro lances de escada o que dificulta pra quem está carregando uma mala pesada. por outro lado, o espaço é bem limpo!

- Really good location, only a couple of minutes walk to Ledru-Rollin metro station or 10-15 to Bastille. - Some really nice cafes in the area- Hotel staff were helpful - The room was enough for what it was (single room with private shower) - the communal toilet was often left badly by other lodgers but cleaned quickly. - Towels aren’t included in cost of room. I wasn’t familiar with this as I hadn’t really stayed in a proper hostel before. It was only €3 to get one but it was not much bigger than a hand towel which was annoying- Each time you go out you have to leave your key at reception - which I understand from a loss prevention point of view - but often in returning I queued for 5-15 minutes behind people checking in just so I could get my key, which I could just take with me and not lose..?- Provided breakfast was a tiny Madeline sponge with a spread and a drink. Pretty crap effort for €6 or whatever I paid for it. Only had a coffee a day (from a machine) and grabbed a pastry or something when I left

Very small shower with a plastic curtain, no doors. Need to improve the breakfast or stop it.

I stayed in a single room with private shower. Although the room is small, it's ok for short stay. However the facilities are not in good condition. Shower head is rust. Mattress is not comfortable. Sheet has no cover so it is not clean. Therefore I didn't use it and I put on my sweater at night instead. The most awful thing about this hostel is that its wifi connection is so unstable that you have to login again every 10 mins or less. I was so frustrated. But the good things are staff are quite nice and the breakfast was fair. Overall it is okay for short stay but if you have more budget I recommend you not to stay here.

Although it is a hostel, the room for one person was more than I expected. Really good quality / price ratio. On the other hand it would be good if they offered towels inside the room, but, that at the reception you could buy some.

Hot water for showers are not enough at all. Internet get disconnected frequently Ok for very short stay, near shopping street, restaurants and cafe
