Everything was ok but I wish they had a kettle in the room. Every time you want a tea you need to go down and pay at the bar £3.5

It was fine. Fairly clean and friendly staff. Bed was not the most comfortable.

Perfectly placed next to a parking lot and the quick tunnel to the airport terminal was a bonus. Felt safe walking even at 4:30 in the morning for it early flight. Self service hot food at the bar the night before was convenient. Huge adorable lobby area too! Plenty of space to sit alone

We had an overnight layover and stayed because they were right by airport. Trying to navigate enter into the hotel should have been our 1st clue. Once we figured how to get in there was a line of what looked liked other tired and frustrated guests who was waiting in line. The check in process was way too long and when we finally got our room we had to walk to Timbuktu to get to our room and once got there it was definitely just a closet room was small. I had a question about the breakfast service and a few other questions and then we realized there was no phone in room so my boyfriend had to trek back to front desk and wait in that ridiculous line again

Loved the hotel and would have happily stayed longer! Gorgeous, modern, very convenient to both the airport and the trains into Vienna. Super clean, friendly service, awesome amenities. Highly recommend!

I stayed at this hotel a year ago and there used to be a signage at the Schwechat train station platform 1&2 . The signage used to clearly direct travelers to the airport hotel. The signage is now gone and if you take the wrong staircase from the underground station to the surface you will never find your way to the hotel!
This is an airport hotel and in the morning people need to get to the airport on time. There is no wake-up service available at the hotel and there are no alarm clocks in the rooms! In case your mobile device's alarm doesn't go off for whatever reason you will miss your flight.
Otherwise the rooms are okay for 1 night stay, reasonably clean, tiny bathrooms. It's in a very industrial area so not recommended for more than 1 night stay.

Such bad reviews so I just wanted to say… super convenient, clean, cool vibe, and comfortable beds. I had an overnight layover so walked over in the pm and back to the airport in the am. Was raining but didn’t even get a drop - covered walk all the way from terminal to hotel

Stayed for early flight. Just over the road from airport. Friendly staff. TV broken in room, not repaired nor alternate room offered. Dusty in parts of room.

Honestly a disappointment, you pay for literally just a room at a very steep price for a layover. They don’t offer complimentary water and when you make the comment, they say “this is Moxy”.

There was an extremely long line to check in. And there was only one person working. It was unclear that you could check in at the bar. But some people were going to the bar. The breakfast was OK I’m not sure if it was worth €20 though.

We always came back to this hotel when we had morning flights. Very convenient and close to the terminal. Easy train access to downtown Vienna.

Nice hotel, one of very limited options if you want to be within walking distance of the airport. Check-in is a bit slow, but otherwise comfy and convenient.

Decent stay at the airport. You can walk to the terminal from the hotel.
Rooms are little too small for the price.
B'fast is excellent and there is a 24 hr bar for drinks and snacks.

Staff did not seem to know how to check in - slow process. One time they were 5-6 behind the counter but only 2 clients, like if they needed to be 3 staff for one check in.

Stayed for less than 12 hours for quick overnight turnaround for a flight. But the room was very comfortable and quiet. Bathroom was small but shower had the pressure in all of Europe!
Good value on their dinner buffet, no vegetables though. Received a complementary glass of wine which I needed after a travel day from hell.
If you have an early flight it’s a great place to stay bc it’s literally a 10-12 minute walk to terminal 3.

Clean and Friendly Staff...it's at the airport with a 10 minute underground walk to the terminal. A good value with modest but tasty food available and a 24 desk. The room was quiet despite being on the runway.

Check in took longer than expected. I emailed the hotel about how to get on their shuttle from the airport but received no response. I took the train but had to walk over 1km with luggage to get to the hotel late at night. The curtains were dirty (stained) and a few stray hairs in the bathroom that belonged to at least two different people. There was no fridge in room or air conditioning. The shuttle costs 15 Euro for a 5-10 minute drive.

Hotel should be called Boxy not Moxy. The hotel is not geared for travelers even though it is at the airport. The room didn't have a safe or a telephone so I wasn't able to get a wake up call for an early flight. The front desk staff proudly told me that it was a concept hotel. The reality is that it was a cheap, money-saving ploy but I ask you, how can a hotel at the airport not provide a wake-up call service? The staff was rude and unhelpful. The room wasn't clean and the sink didn't drain. You have to open the bathroom door to dry off as the bathroom is a closet. Avoid at all cost and stay at NH Hotel next door.

Very convinient located, you can walk to the airport.They have great storage facilities for your luggage if you need that. A family room was perfect for the 4 of us. We got free drink vouchers (1 per person) for the bar which was a really nice gesture. Would book again.
